Sounds like a weird title huh?
After all, People should give advice on how to reduce worrying and not on how to worry.
In fact I am not going to tell you how to worry more but I am going to tell you about the wrong practices some people do that force them to worry more and that ruins their lives.
By learning about these incorrect practices you will be able to avoid them and so worry less about your problems.
Here are the incorrect practices that force people to worry more:
1) Chase the data each few minutes: I know a person who kept some of his money In the stock market. Each half an hour he checks the value of his stocks and then calculate the profit/loss he made even though he didn’t intend to take any decisions based on the numbers he checks. How many times do you chase data in a similar way? Do you check your blogs traffic every few minutes? Do you chase certain data that can swing your mood? The only time you should check for such data is when you need to take an important decision but if you aren’t going to do anything anyways then stop bothering yourself!!
2) Expect the worse and be pessimistic: Some people don’t need more than one negative idea in order to turn it into a large problem. Oh my god I am late to work, what if my manager became pissed off? What if this reduced my rating this month? What if I didn’t get the raise this year because of the low rating? Omg I really need the money. That was a simple example that shows how some people turn tiny events into huge problems.
3) Be impatient: Many of the problems that seem big are found to be smaller once new data arrives. You don’t need to panic or become impatient as soon as you face a big problem because you might discover few days later that the problem wasn’t that big. I once had a work problem that kept bothering me for 2 complete months and after the 2 months was over I discovered that I was worried about something that never happened. Now I wasted two months worrying while I could have enjoyed my time!
4) Don’t have a backup plan: One of the main reasons people worry is that they don’t have backup plans. Once you realize that you have another plan that you can follow in case things go wrong you will be much more relaxed. If you lost 50 dollars but had another one in your other pocket you won’t feel as bad as you would have felt if you only had 50 dollars.
5) Don’t be prepared: The less you are prepared to face life problems and the less life skills you have the more worried you will become whenever you face uncertainties. Whenever you get the chance to learn a new skill just do it and you will find that you worry less.

***Body Language in the Workplace and Why It Matters
I’m forever seeing articles on websites, in newspapers and magazines about the body language of dating, but very little coverage is ever given up for body language in the workplace. After all, most of us spend about thirty or forty hours a week working and most of us have to do it alongside other people. So it makes sense to understand your colleagues and clients almost as well as you understand the moods and attitudes of your friends and family. Why?
