Resumes are generally written in English language. Some countries may allow you to choose the language betwee

Personal informatio

When you write the CV for any job, you generally do not mention personal details like date of birth, marital status, etc. For American resumes, it is mandatory to list these details in your CV.

Handwritten or Typed CVs

Most countries prefer the typed CVs; however, employers may mention in the job advertisement if they need a handwritten resume. Cover letter may be handwritten for most jobs. This may help employer to know the personality and qualities of the applicant with the help of graphology.

CV Format

Chronological format is mostly preferred for the jobs in foreign countries. You can use the functional format if you have discontinuity in your work in the past or hopped the jobs frequently in the past.
