Honey, you went through some bad shit!
You went through it and you kept on walking, you kept on doing what had to be done to hold everything together and no one honoured you for it!
It was a horrific thing that you went through…
You carried the weight of it and no one saw just how much this burden weighed…
Even the ones you laid your life down for, were ungrateful and it hurt you but you would do it again because that is you…
The powerful leader who does what needs to be done!
And yet, it hurt and it still hurts
And now, life is being defined by this pain…
And you are finding it hard to break free…
Let me start by saying “I HONOUR YOU!”
I honour the way you kept going and you never gave up…
I honour the way you have kept the pain inside and refused to let it keep you down…
I honour all of that!
And ask that you honour yourself too.
You did good, honey!
You stood through the tests and you kept moving forward…
Yes, you may have made a mistake or two, but you did the best you knew how to do at the time…
So, yes, honour yourself!
And forgive yourself!
No it was not wasted time.
Just because they do not appreciate you, does not make it wasted time…
Forgive them, release them…
Forget those who did not see the sacrifices you made for them…
Choose to release the pain around that so that you can be free.
You deserve freedom!
you deserve to win!
And holding onto the pain, keeps you living life from a place of pain…
And that need not be your story any longer.
It is time to release!
Cry those tears that you kept trapped within you…
Let it all out…
And choose a new future!
Choose YOU!
Reinvent you!
You have learnt the lessons…
You are wiser…
Now move on forward from a freer place…
It is now time to focus on you, your dreams, your purpose, your goals…
It is now time to put you first…
To hear the whisper of Spirit within calling you to your real life…
To strip off all need for anyone else to praise you…
And to recognise that you are powerful and you did good and I definitely honour you!
And now, lets move forward into the new.
Breathing out all the pain of the past…
And starting afresh again.
And know this; that story that you overcame will be a story that helps others to heal, to win…
Time to start sharing it.
