I have been asked this question many times by people, friends, family and colleagues, what is that a person needs in order to be successful in life and achieve his/her dreams?. My answer is just simple,” master these two skills and without no doubt you're going straight to the top". These skills are very essential and needs to be learned and understood for one to survive in this planet earth.

1. Selling skillsr
Picture this, what if you had the ability to persuade people, friends and colleague's to do whatever you want then to do, anywhere and at anytime. Yes, be able to go out on a date with any girl / guy you want, sell your ideas, your wishes, your needs, your ambitions, your skills, your experience and without them thinking twice, buy it instantly. This is possible and simple to achieve. "I know you must have a clear picture by now and eager to learn the skill and go out there to sell yourself". Now, to achieve this: you only need to take yourself as a product, not just a product but the best product in the world. You also need to develop a strong confidence and be prepared to be rejected before others believe in you. If that happens, stay strong, because to be on top in your life you need courage. Secondly equip yourself with knowledge, read more, for you to master the art of selling yourself. When given an opportunity, ensure that you present yourself in a clear picture of what you want then to see, ensure you kill those obstacles that will always come on your way(Shyness, Negativity & Low self-esteem). One need to be firm and strong in what they believe in-order to convince others, have faith and confidence. Look after your appearance to the best of your ability and create the best image of yourself. Never forget to be careful of what you say and always think before you talk. You need to appear to others in a way that you want then to see you. Remember that no one can sell you better that yourself. Know that in each and every day, you are in a battle field, battling and striving to be on top. "Sell yourself to conquer the battle".

2. Financial skillsr
Most of us are seriously challenged by over-spend, debt and in-appropriate budgeting. We have never been taught or never make an effort to manage our money / finances to the best. We always fail to make intelligent decisions that will benefit us now and in the future. Yes, we all know, no one was born with financial skill or knowledge, so without using this as an excuse, few people fortunately realized the lack of this skill early and improve it.
