***Ignite the Power of Gratitude by Giving

I have noticed over the years that whenever I give something purely from my heart (NOT my head or not with intent to receive) that very soon thereafter I would receive something nice back usually within two hours. At first I thought it was coincidence but it happens all the time which suggests that really it is a spiritual law in operation.

I believe in a loving, safe and giving universe and that whenever we act in alignment with the Universe we enhance the flow of all good things to us. Abundance is much broader than money. To me true abundance is peace of mind – the core foundation that no matter what happens, you will be provided and supported.

I am a real believe
in gratitude jou
als because the more you are thankful and appreciative of the good events, people and circumstances that exist in your life already, the more the Universe sends good events, people and circumstances to you.

I was meditating on why I feel it is so important to give even when I am afraid I give too much and what I got that the quickest way to create something on the physical plane of reality is to combine intent with action. In a way the attitude of gratitude is setting your intent and giving is the natural action that emerges from this state. So the combination is very powerful.

So if you want to be abundant, prosperous and successful, I encourage everyone to cultivate the attitude of gratitude and to nurture it with lots of giving!
