When selling your property on an FSBO (for sale by owner) basis visibility is crucial, not only just in terms of the particular FSBO website you choose to advertise your property with but also with the aid of a quality sale board displayed outside of your property.
Sale boards are by far one of the most effective ways of generating sales inquiries for your property. If you don't have a board prominently displayed, you could be missing out on an unbelievable amount of opportunities to sell your home. Remember, it is still very common for buyers to scout the areas they are interested in for any 'For Sale' boards.
