This tool allows you to place a form on your website, blog, or whatever web page you are using to create interest in your product. Generally, you offer something free like a newsletter, a sample product, or partial service, in order to get the people to fill in their contact information. This information is then added directly to your list of clients/potential clients. So, you can now email them with updates, information, new products, or whatever you want to communicate with them in order to help you build your relationship with them.

In this day and internet age, the personal touch is becoming more valued, simply because it is less frequent. Everything is automated including customer service, sales, and emails.
