2D to 3D CAD Services
When an Inventor imagines his or her invention it’s definitely in 3D. More or less this means that the Inventor sees the invention exactly how it will be manufactured to the public. One problem arises though. Most Inventors use 2D sketches or blueprints to express the way the invention will look, and function which does not help the process of manufacturing. Unless the Inventor has been trained in the art of 3D CAD Modeling their sketches and blueprints do no good except for the patenting process. That’s why there’ 3D CAD Services that specialize in custom 3D Modeling for projects just like this. 2D to 3D is basically the process of taking 2D drawings or sketches and turning them into 3D models which can be used to actually develop injection molds, machine parts, mechanical, electrical, CNC, and other types of manufacturing used today.
Prototype Designers
Before an invention can get up and start running first a prototype must be made to evaluate any manufacturing, stress defects, functionality, safety, and several other problems that can arise once a product is manufactured. All inventions must be thoroughly tested before they hit the consumers hands. If not, the companies producing the products would be putting the consumers into danger. That means you and me. I know that if I purchase a product from the local superstore and it catches breaks due to ignorance from the designer, engineer, or manufacturer, I’m getting my money back. Therefore the profit margin of the company producing it drops dramatically. That’s why it’s better for the Inventor and Engineers working on Invention design to get it right the first time. Prototype design is a very essential portion if not the most important part of the inventions design process, and should be taken with extremely special care and consideration. For the prototype designer the main idea is to achieve the greatest functionality, comfort ability, visual appearance, reliability, and to keep the cost of manufacturing as low as possible with the best materials as well as technology.
CAD Drafting Services
CAD Drafting Services are the backbone of the invention design. These CAD design services provide the 2D to 3D CAD conversion that most Inventors need to accomplish creating 3D CAD Models for manufacturing. CAD Designers who specialize in invention design are quite hard to come by though. Most CAD drafting or 3D modeling companies only specialize in mechanical, civil, structural, architectural, electrical, MEP, or other types of technical drawings. Custom 3D modelers are a rarer breed of CAD designer, and must possess special creativity and knowledge of all the design fields within engineering. The majority of companies who will work outside their normal boundaries to design inventions want to get paid for it as well. It’s hard to find a company who will honestly charge the Inventor for just the design time with a fixed cost for engineering and research. The only one I have found personally thus far being in the invention realm is eLine Design.com

From Paper to CAD Conversion
To understand what a paper(blueprints) to CAD conversion is you must first understand what CAD is. These three letters represent Computer Aided Design or Drafting. In the past about ten or more years ago the main form of technical drawing or drafting was done with several different instruments that would perform task like measuring, creating arcs and circles, offsetting lines that are parallel and perpendicular, and creating any type of line you can imagine. Nowadays we use CAD to handle all of this work due to the precision, accuracy, and general ease of design it allows.r

What Is CAD?
If you’re a person that deals in any kind of design business I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase CAD somewhere or have seen it in some sort of literature. The letters in CAD have a special meaning that is known as Computer Aided Design or Drafting. This is basically designing technical drawings with the assistance of computer software. This software has been around for a while now, but is just now being recognized as much as it’s counterpart the drafting table. This practice of using a drafting board to design blueprints is still used today, but has nowhere near the presence it once had.

The Architectural Split Level Design
The split level was conceived for the sloping or hilly lot. It takes advantage of what might otherwise prove to be a troublesome difference in elevation and uses it to advantage. As a general rule, a split level should not be built on a flat lot. Mounding up soil in front of the high section to give the appearance of a hill usually yields poor results.r

CAD Drafting and New Technology Designed
To start off with we need to explain what CAD is if you don’t already know. Years ago before everyone had a PC or personal computer, drafting was done with a drafting table and a number of other instruments like the ruler, compass, and T-square. Since technology has spread, so have the techniques we use to design blueprints and other 3D Models. The majority of the drafting community and drafting professionals use CAD or Computer Aided Design.
