Whether the law of attraction is real or not has been a popular topic of conversation between scientists, historians and just about anyone that watched the popular short movie "the Secret" when it was released back in 2006. The answer is yes and if you harness its power by sending out the right vibrations based on a body language of joy and happiness, an optimistic mindset transferred by your tone of voice, demeanor and even facial expression, you have no choice but to enjoy a stellar life.

The law of attraction and how you approach it is at the center of everything in life, and being an optimistic individual that truly believes they can have everything they desire will lead to optimal living, from a successful social life to exceptional health, the perfect career, having the ability to handle stressful situations, and living in a place of gratitude, love and patience. It's a fact (and it makes sense) that
persistently happy people are typically more successful than those who are not.

Clearly, you have to be more tha
"upbeat" to succeed but having the right disposition definitely will increase your odds. When you're in a great mood, the sun seems to shine brighter, people react to you better, and life in general seems perfect. Let's face it, visible contentment and happiness is contagious. A great example would be how your mood changes when your best friend is down in the dumps; haven't you noticed how the mood they're in affects yours, almost instantly? Well, that's how you affect those around you when you're in a dismal place emotionally.

Research has linked positive attitude with enhanced self confidence and likeability, and even affects your health by improving the immune function and reducing cardiovascular events. Even job performances are impacted by your disposition, actually more than by the actual performance itself.

About now you may be telling yourself that what you've had to deal with in life has led you to where you are today and if that's a negative place you may have convinced yourself that the law of attraction isn't real; well that's untrue. There are countless individuals in the world that had their childhood exuberance beaten out of them at an early age and they have managed to harness the power of the law of attraction and changed their lives for the better. Most of today's top guru's came for distressing economic conditions, or were raised in emotionally or physically abusive homes, yet they found a way to be happy, make millions, find their soul mates and raise wonderful, loving children. The good news is that you can have it all as well.

In conclusion the answer is a big YES, the law of attraction is real, however it comes down to honing your skills and more importantly, self determination which will allow you to create the life you want. Always remember; what you mirror is what you will receive in every facet of your life.
