Is Your Business Successful? If Not, You May Be Standing In Your Own Way….

Did you know that the only thing that is holding you back from becoming a millionaire is you?

It's really not our fault that we were programmed this way by our parents. And, it really isn't their fault because they were programmed by their parents, and so on. You get the point? This is one of the biggest problems we have with starting your own businesses and we aren't even aware of it. So, the first thing you want to do is to become aware, so that you can reprogram yourself and your family.

Have you ever heard the phrase, "The rich get richer while the poor get poorer"? I'm sure you have, but this phrase is true because the children growing up in rich surroundings are taught how to live richly. Thus, they are shown how to make the kind of money that will allow them to continue living rich. On the other side of this is that the children that are growing up in lower and middle class homes are taught how to live low and middle class lives. I became aware of this after reading the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. I now knew why I wasn't successful as an entrepreneur; I wasn't programmed to be an entrepreneur. I was programmed to work a 9 to 5 job in hopes that I will one day earn a six figure income. That's it; I only wanted to make a six figure income. It never even occurred to me that I could make a 7 figure income because that type of money could not be made by someone like me, or so I thought.

This book brought clarity into my life. I tried so many Business Ventures and spent so much money doing so that I grew to believe that all Entrepreneurial Business Opportunities were scams. It never worked the way they said it would work. But finally, a light bulb went on! I now looked at being an entrepreneur in a whole new light. It wasn't the business ventures that failed, it was me. I went into my businesses with negative thoughts. I never thought they would work, and I was only proving myself right. I only got from my businesses (negative results) what I put into them (negative thoughts). Why? Because these things never work for people like me. I failed to realize that I am the person behind the business, and that it is my responsibility to make me rich.

Once I had that realization, I felt like I could be a millionaire just like anyone else if I put my mind to it. I finally got out of that "It could never happen to me mindset" and got into the "It will happen to me mindset". Contrary to popular belief, changing my mindset has totally changed my life. It could change yours too if you allow it to happen.

Just remember, being a millionaire lies inside you. If Bill Gates could do it, so can you. n
