Not all skin products take care of all skin types. But not everyone knowsnthat, some think that you can use anything, others know that isn'tnso. How do you know what is not going to cause you to break out?
Maybe you need to start thinking about simplifying your beautynroutine, making it easier to follow as well as more economical. Wenneed to stop having "bad skin days" which are really caused by badnskin care decisions. Who hasn’t brought something you saw an adnfor on TV only to find out you are allergic to one of the ingredientnwithin it?

As always I am not a Dermatologist and if you have serious skinnproblems always check with your Dermatologist before you go aboutnchanging your skin care routine.
As a consumer in the billion-dollar skin care industry, your lack onninformation about skin care products is costing you dearly. Withoutnaccurate information you are really just throwing your money awaynbecause you are completely at the mercy of advertisers andnmarketers. Who hasn't tried something new because of ancommercial you saw of TV last night or heard about this really greatnproduct from a friend?

Do you realize that the average woman probably owns and bought aboutn$500.00 dollars worth of cosmetic products in one year? And asn"new & involved" products come out, that amount is surely going tonrise. It seems that as new product lines come out those lines arenmore expensive than the product line it replaced. Sometimes allnthey change is the way they package it.

New & involved doesn't mean its better only that the cosmetic companynhas changed something tiny ingredient, for example making it anlarger jar so it seems its value of the new line is worth more.
When was the last time you tried to read a label on your favorite skinncare line? It seems all in Greek but the true is it’s mostly in Latin.

The problems with some skincare products are they can bencounterproductive, meaning they take care of your fine lines but itnncause your face to breakout. Is your skincare product doing itsnjob? If it is, then stop looking for something new, you are one ofnthe lucky ones.

Most of us over 20 have already started worrying about wrinkles. The truth is in your 20'snit is the time to develop a skincare routine so that wrinkles don't startnsooner than they should.
Do you realize "Fragrance-Free" is not a guarantee that the product doesnnot contain perfumes or fragrances? It means that nonfragrance is detectable by the average person's sense of smell. A lotnof times the reason fragrances area added to face creams fornexample it is to neutralize their bad odor. Have you ever noticednthat your makeup sometimes over time may start smelling funny?
It’s because over time the fragrances evaporate leaving thenunpleasant smell unmasked.

Do you have dry skin? Did you realize that any product that vigorouslynsuds and foams containing detergent is really isn’t good for you
skin. A really well known soap says its "pure & fragrance free" andnit’s designed "for sensitive skin" is really one of the worst. Anynvigorously foaming soap is terrible for dry skin because they washnaway the nature lipids that help your skin retain moisture.
Just because it foams doesn't mean its better that any other. Even bubblenbath can be bad for dry skin. If you sit in the bath tub toonlong you are washing off all your natural oils.

The idea is we need to start getting better educated about what we arenusing on our bodies, with so much out there its become almostnimpossible to stay on top of it all. Every year cosmetic companies allnstart out with something “new and improved” what does that say?
That it wasn’t good before and now that its new and improved itnreally is?

Sometimes the best companies are ones that do not have the big bucksnbacking them up. Think Iman and her cosmetic company as annexample. She created her makeup line out of need for products thatnreally do work with women of color not just be a darker foundation.

Start reading the backs of the skincare products that you are using and ifnyou can’t find the ingredient in the dictionary you may not want tonuse that product. If you really worried about what is better for you
type of skin is to talk to your Dermatologist, she will know whatnis better for you. Start looking for products will less ingredientsnand if you can try for ingredients you can look up.

Most of all if you already have a skincare routine that is working for younand you just need to step it up because you are worried about thatntiny wrinkle you saw in the mirror this morning, you maybe bette
off looking into your diet and drink water. You can never gonwrong adding more fruit and veggies to your diet.
