LOVE is a feeling so it can never be wrong to love someone. Stop beating yourself up about it. Sometimes having a relationship with someone is not possible at this moment.Either one of you isn’t ready or there is someone else coming along in your near future you will love even more.

So many of us get stuck and punish ourselves for loving the “wrong person”. What sets you free from the anxiety, depression, rejection and wondering why is allowing yourself to accept the fact that for some reason you loved this person and it is OK! Love looks and feels so much better than anger and frustration. Forgiving and loving will help you get through the disappointments and propel you to move on faster.

People are attracted to a persons energy and when your energy is love, anything can happen. In my book, “When You’re Ready” I openly tell my stories about many relationships I have had. Although at the timeI did experience the pain and heartache of what could have beens I quickly learned and trained myself to love anyway, love unconditionally. I realized not everything is meant to be a full blown relationship. I did learn from all of them and that is how I made progress. We need to keep learning and progressing to be happy.

My ideas about love and my soulmate change every few months as I continue on my path. I didn’t know two years ago when I began writing my book that it would one day be helping other people. I look back now and read my book with a smile. I learned to get through things in a different way, I now choose love every time.

Not everyone has the tools to “choose love”. I focus on teaching this in my coaching business. Men are my greatest challenge! But, I know when a client learns to choose love they will be on the road to a great relationship. I have seen it happen many times.

Life is about what you focus on so today, start to focus on what you love about someone not on what they aren’t giving you. You will see big changes in your life when you do. This works for all of you parents out there as well. Instead of criticizing your son/daughter today, remind them what it is you love about them. Doing this inspires them to be confident about who they are and you will feel like a new person!

We hear a lot about the steps we should take to achieve our goals, however unless we take the first steps to realistically consider who and what we are right now – our capabilities and interests – and think logically about what we’d like to accomplish, our chances of achieving our “goal” are slim to none. Here are a few things to think about when you’re trying to decide what you’d like to do. 1. Your goals need to be your goals Not your spouse’s or significant other’s, not your friends’, parents’, children’s, etc. - YOURS! 2.

Being a mom who loves to celebrate Valentine's Day with her children just as much as she does with her husband, I am always on the look out for something fun, different, and inexpensive that I can do for the kids. Last year, our grocery store was selling cute candy bouquets, but the price tag was a hefty $30 for a maximum of $10 worth of supplies. After taking a couple of inconspicuous pictures, I began searching through the store for the same items that they had used to make their bouquets.
