When you feel your losing control, nothing seems to be going your way, your debt situation is unmanageable, things seem very bleak …. stop for a moment, take a deep breath, relax and remember, it only takes a moment, a second, an instant in your day for your life to change.
Today, you have one of two choices to make, continue as you, getting lost in the victim mode, being stressed ….. or decide that ‘Things will change, and it HAS starting NOW!’
Life is how you perceive it to be, if you believe there is nothing you can do about it, then there is nothing you can do about it. That’s when you get into ‘the rut’ and it’s difficult to find your way out. It’s hard to recognize opportunity when you can’t see over the hill.
Turn your thinking into positive thoughts and visualize your positive outcome. If you believe that your life is changing, NOW, it has nowhere else to go but to change. If you believe it’s getting better, than it will get better. If you believe you can co-create your life, than you can and it’s your thoughts that begin the process.

In my 40 years of experience working with men and women, and helping them to be the best that they can be, to support them with their decisions and to partner with them to achieve their full potential, I have gained valuable insights on how to coach a person to realize their individual goals and dreams.
During my corporate tenure, I was recognized by my superiors for this ability, and it led me to sales training, motivating my peers and working closely with them to bring out their best, so that they can then recognize their individual greatness.
On a sabbatical from work these past 10 years, I have dedicated my life to personal growth that included explorations of answering that nagging question, ‘who are you’, working to understanding human nature including core beliefs, studying neuro-linguistic programming, obtaining a coaching certificate and pursuing my passion to study world religions and spirituality.
