Why is the mental/emotional state of Gratitude so powerful?
The Law of Belief, which is mostly known as the Law of Attraction, states that "You attract to yourself an exact match to the beliefs deeply held in your subconscious mind".
Your beliefs and values are what CAUSE you to think in a very specific way, focus your attention on very specific things/conditions and not on others, experience very specific emotional 'states' and not others, have very specific attitudes and not others, and behave in a very specific way and take certain actions and not others.
The beliefs (and values) you hold are the responsible for those vibrations you send out into the universe. The Universe, behaving like a giant mirror, reflects back to you EXACTLY what you need tonn(1) validate and reinforce your currently held beliefs (and values),
(2) keep thinking in the same old way,
(3) continue focusing on the same old things, n(4) experience the same old emotional 'states', n(5) have the same old attitudes and behaviors, n(6) take the same type of actions you are 'programmed' to take, and n(7) and keep getting the same old undesirable results.
It is a self-reinforcing loop. And if your beliefs and values are useless and destructive, you keep locked into this vicious, destructive loop and getting the same old useless results. The Law will not send you what you do NOT believe.
Therefore, do not expect to get plenty of money and wealth when all you do is focus all day long on the fact that you don't have enough money BECAUSE you continue to BELIEVE that money is very hard for you to make, that there isn't enough money in your life and that you always have trouble paying your bills.
When you start practicing the 'state' of Gratitude, you are consciously focusing on everything that is going well in your life, even the small things that are working for you. And that will cause that giant mirror to reflect back to you MORE of the same (things that work for you).
The more you focus on what is great in your life, and the more you feel grateful and thankful for those things, the more uplifted your emotional 'state' will be, the more good vibrations you will radiate and the more good things you will attract into your life.
Here is a very simple technique to start using Gratitude in your daily affairs. As you use it deliberately, it will start to change what you are attracting into your life. And in 21-30 days you will start noticing small (or even big) changes in your life.
The technique was taught by the late Jack Addington, a great metaphysical teacher. There are the easy-to-follow steps:nn(1) When you go to sleep, fall asleep repeating over and over "I give thanks for the incredible abundance that is mine". You may add "wealth and riches", if you want to.nn(2) When you wake up in the morning and before you get out of bed, repeat again over and over the same statement. "I give thanks for the incredible abundance that is mine".nn(3) Repeat it many times during the day, especially when the thoughts of unpaid bills and "not having enough money" starts to bother you. Zap all those negative thoughts immediately, before they gain more power and a stronger foothold in your Subconscious mind.
This simple procedure will help you keep your mind centered on abundance and it will also help you attain a 'state' of total belief and absolute certainty that abundance is coming your way.nnn= = = = = = = = = = = nnn
