I catch myself doing this every now and then…
And it is usually noticed because my productivity goes down…
I am second guessing again…
Trying to get the words of that advert exactly right…
Trying to choose the perfect image to get the perfect ‘YES’ response…
I know that there is no way to figure out what will work until I put something out there…
And still I get caught in the nonsense…
Yes, I am a little more experienced than most at writing adverts and posts because…
I have done it more!
And yet, I STILL get caught up in this nonsense…
Aiming for perfection, instead of progress…
And I catch myself fast and go back on the narrow path and again, productivity is increased…
And I see you, Leader, doing the same thing…
Wasting time…
And unfortunately, you do it longer than me…
Because you think that if you spend a lot of time perfecting everything then, of course, everyone wil love it and love you…
But there is no assurance of any of this while you sit on the fence…
Waiting, waiting WAITING to share your voice with the world…
Getting more and more disheartened as it takes so long to get traction…
Come on, leader, come on…
It happened to me…
So, I get it.
But I don’t let it keep happening!
Neither should you…
I have written over 1500 blog posts…
Over 3000 adverts…
Over 34000 social media updates (If twitter is to be believed!) and frankly, I think I could have moved faster…
Have you reached these numbers?
No?
Then keep pushing forward…
And no, I do not mean do anything without paying attention to the results and learning from them…
But I am saying the only way to learn is to push yourself to keep trying different things…
To listen into your intuition and put new ideas out in the world speedily…
Honey, we don’t have that much time…
All the navel-gazing in the world will not get you to the result…
So, get SURE OF WHAT YOU OFFER…
(Because I know some of it is a lack of self-belief!)
And keep offering it in as many ways as you can think of…
Personally, I tap into Spirit…
Ask for ideas and I Run, run, RUN with them…
And because I do this…
I win…
Yep, I slow down the pace sometimes…
But I catch myself and I get back into the race…
Testing, tweaking, trying new things…
Over and over again…
And next thing I know…
Income flows from different places…
Because I have opened up many, many channels…
Leader, create channels for wealth to flow to you…
Create channels to share your voice with the world…
Stop thinking that ONE thing is enough…
