You have been in a barren, dry land for a long time and you have planted seeds here, there and everywhere…

A flower is pushing its way through the barrenness and all you need to do to keep watering it is to relentlessly show up and do the work you are born to do…
Every time you communicate with your people, you water the flower…
Every time you capture their attention and their contact details, you water the flower…
Every time you ask for the sale, you water the flower…
And every time you doubt yourself, you withhold water from the flower and it wilts a little…
Every time you give in to feelings of despair that you will never get there, you kill off the flower a little bit…
But it is resilient, this flower…
It holds on tight…
It chooses to stay alive despite the hardship around it…
And like you, it is a diamond in the rough…
Leader, keep your eyes on the prize…
Relentlessly do the work you are born to do…
Refuse to quit even when everything around you seems to want you to!
You are more than all of it!
You are blossoming…
The real you, the one called to teach, inspire, motivate, empower other people, is blossoming…
Do the work you are born to do…
Do it now.
Do it consistently…
Never give up…
