Losing weight is hard for many people because of two possible reasons. One is that they have no motivation and discipline to persevere and keep to their fat loss regimes. First of all, you can and should make use of walnuts to help prevent yourself from over eating during you meal times. Take a small handful of them every so often for effective results.
Most people will either have hunger pangs or cravings once in a while, and most likely it will be quite challenging to stop yourself from giving into them unnecessarily. Taking lots of walnuts can help keep you feeling full for longer periods of time, and therefore taking walnuts whenever you feel such hunger pangs or cravings are actually a good idea to help you lose weight.
Next, always keep some healthy snacks along with you all the time. You can carry around small bags of nuts or seeds in your pockets or even the glove department inside your car so that you can snack when you feel hungry without resorting to unhealthy choices!
You have to understand that everyone's body type is different, therefore taking advice from people with different body types as you do will not be a very sensible thing to do.
Regardless of how uncomfortable or insecure you may feel right now, it is still important to take a before picture. This is because when you are halfway through your weight loss transformation, seeing how far you have come will serve as great motivation for you to continue with your fat loss efforts!
You should also seek to reduce your caffeine intake. Caffeine is commonly found in coffee, Milo and tea. If you are serious about losing weight, I highly recommend that you reduce your intake of caffeine. Caffeine will tend to retain water, giving you a bloated and chubby look; which is not what you want.
Finally, you should take less of red meat, and consume more white meat like chicken instead! Your saturated fat intake will be significantly reduced simply by taking less red meat. Also, make your meals more vegetable and fruit orientated, with meat and being the side instead of the main dish.
