Learning How to Find Peace Even During a Busy Day

As each day brings more and more experiences into our lives it becomes clearer that if you are like most people, during a busy day, your thoughts may seem scattered.

And the more scattered your thoughts become the more tempted you find yourself to put your faith in what you perceive around you rather that putting your faith and trust in the kingdom of Love, Joy, and Peace that resides within you.

Let me remind you of the following scripture that might help you take a deep relaxing back so that you can shift back to that empowering kingdom of Love, Joy, and Peace within you…

“When a land rebels it has many rulers; but with an intelligent ruler there is lasting order.” Proverbs 28:2

Believe it or not, when you find yourself confronted with inner distractions and outer influences, being able to focus your attention on the present moment actually helps you to listen to that intelligent ruler that is residing within you.

And when you find yourself listening to that Divine Intelligence within you, no longer will your thoughts race from here to there.

When you find yourself in alignment with that Divine Intelligence within you your thinking becomes much clearer and orderly.

Your thoughts become inspired as you feel that sense of Love, Joy, and Peace within you and all of the illusions of this world without begin to effortlessly fall into place.

Let yourself become more and more aware of the fact that as you allow yourself to be guided by the divine intelligence within you, your outer life will begin to reflect the Divine order and rule within you.

In a similar fashion you sense that while these words may indeed be true, learning how to cultivate the ability to listen to that divine intelligence within is where you find yourself challenged in this moment of now.

Let me remind you that the practice of meditation on a daily basis is what will lead and guide you to that intelligent ruler within you. More and more you become free of outer influences and circumstances as you practice meditation on a daily basis.

Just think of what you have learned in the last few moments and as you take a deep breath in and out, let those thoughts go deep into the back of your mind so that when you awake each morning you will find yourself naturally empowering yourself by starting your day off with a morning meditation so that you can listen to that intelligent ruler within you more and more.
