In the morning use:
2 tsp. cider vinegar mixed in 1 Cup warm water.
In the evening use:
1 Tbl. Plain, living yogurt mixed in 1 Cup warm water
BAKING SODA DOUCHEn1 Cup of Baking soda mixed in 1 Qt. of water
In the evening use:
1 Tbl. plain yogurt mixed in 1 Cup of warm water. Use one or two times a day for two days. If symptoms persist, call the clinic to set up an appointment for more lab work.
BORIC ACID DOUCHEn1 Tbl. Boric Acid Powder mixed in 1 Qt. warm water. Use 1-2 times per day for 7 days, if symptoms persist call clinic to set up an appointment for more lab work.
