Are you present?
Of course you are, physically, but are you present with your thoughts?
Many people live in the past, hanging on to the used to be, or what should have been, while the "now" is passing right under their nose.
Or, are you someone who worries about tomorrow, so that your main focus is on what you will do, when you retire, when you have the new job, when your kids are grown, while the opportunities of "now" are getting ignored.
I suggest you become present.
Sure, planning for the future is great, I promote goal-setting, but the present time, has its beauty and its opportunities.
Once you focus on the joys of today, are truly grateful fro what you already have, right now, the "Now" will take care of tomorrow.
You attract what you focus on, therefore attract by gratitude for now.
At the same time, you are available and present to recognize the opportunities of this moment. You are here to listen.
