Love Rules

It’s amazing to think that we really can write our own rules.

We can live how we want.

Sure, you can choose to live by society’s rules or let someone else make decisions for you.

But why not determine your own destiny by consciously creating principles that give you the greatest joy and fulfillment?

Here’s a list of the top 10 Love Rules to live by:

â¥1 Breathe... All the time... Consciously and Intentionally... It really does help tremendously!

â¥2 Be here now. (See Rule #1.) Being truly present allows you to unleash your magnificent power in any situation.

â¥3 Laugh as often as possible. I talk about this in Lessons From Rita. Laughter is such a wonderful gift ~ Share it freely!

â¥4 Do Your Best. Always trust that your best will keep getting better. Just give it everything you’ve got.

â¥5 Don’t judge. Trust that everyone is doing their best. Yourself included. There’s no room for judgment when you’re being the Love you’re made of.

â¥6 Keep learning. If you dedicate yourself to continual growth and improvement, you will find yourself experiencing greater and greater happiness and success.

â¥7 Focus on what you want. Love just wants you to be happy, so ask for help in finding the way from where you are to where you want to be.

â¥8 Have fun! Life is way too short to spend too much time being heavy. Think about what makes you feel really good. What lights you up? Do it as often as possible!

â¥9 Believe that anything is possible. With faith, Love and persistence, you are unstoppable.

â¥10 Write Your Own Love Rules! Take the time to decide what is important to you.

Think about the best days of your life . . . or imagine what they might be like. Figure out how to make decisions that support you in enjoying your fleeting moments to the fullest!

Design your lifestyle according to what you truly value.

Write down your rules as guidelines to help you be who you want to be, do what you want to do, and have what you want to have.

Do you want to be more generous, confident and relaxed? These are your new Love Rules.

Read them regularly and revise them at will.
