Magic Spells - What makes one Spell more powerful than another?

Is it that one person is better at it than some-one else?

Apart from a personal skill or native flair, is the amount of practice and experience, which makes one person more capable to cast more potent spells, over another one.

A major portion of that experience is mirrored in the quantity of emotional energy and individual vitality, that a spell caster is able to project into the Universe during the spell casting. The spell needs to be energized with stacks of individual energy, but that energy can only be transported on a back of intense passion. Some are more proficient at casting this energy blend out into the Cosmos, but everybody can become skilled with enough practice.

As what you project to the Cosmos returns multiplied, every little increment of energy radiated out causes an enormous difference on the efficiency of the spell.

So for an acolyte, the recommended way would be work for a magic spell. It will be much more effective than getting them for free.
