Get your vision checked for 2015. Do not look at your present circumstances. Have a dream for your life.
Vision is seeing and believing God in your future.
Vision is the adrenaline in your soul.
Where there is no vision people perish.
Dissatisfaction and discouragement happens because of lack of vision.
When we join a company we become a shareholder in the company. You have the opportunity to be a leader and have people working for you. As a leader of a team you should have a vision for your team. Vision is the adrenaline of the soul. It will keep your team motivated. Now is the time to establish your VISION STATEMENT.
Your vision for yourself and your team should be making a lucrative income from your business. Break free from the nine to five job. When you go to work your boss has a vision for your job and your life. As a business owner you need a vision for yourself and your team mates.
A vision is one part your dream for your company and another part your direction for your business in the future. Your vision statement is your articulation of your dream of where you want your business to go in the future. The vision statement is generally written with a long term perspective in mind. Your vision statement should be extremely well written with a sense of passion. It is not enough just to say you want your company to outperform your competiors. Be realistic do not engage in fantasy. Make sure your vision statement is in line with the CEO of your company.
Business owners have visions for their lives.
Here are some examples of a vision statement:
Microsoft software’s vision in 1980’s was “A personal computer in every home running Microsoft software.”
Sam Walton’s vision for Wal-Mart was “Saving people money to help them live better.”
Make creating a vision a team process; it should be and invigorating.
We all want freedom but not everyone knows how to set sail.Vision cuts you free from your past and even your present circumstances in your life. Create a new vision for the new year.
A vision remains the same even if the market or your mood shifts. A vision answers an array of questions. Answer the following questions and you’ll have a clear articulated end for your organization.
What does our organization look like?
How big is it? What are we famous for?
Why does anyone care about what we do?
How do people who work here feel about their jobs?
How do I, as the founder, feel about the business? What's my role in it?
A vision is not a strategic plan. A vision gives us a mental focus. A plan tells us how we're actually going to get there. We start that planning work only after we've agreed on the vision. Creating a plan without a vision… Vision gives us motivation to get to our final destination. Imagine taking four years of college without a vision. A college graduate without a vision becomes unemployed.

Is Nice Energy Sabotaging Your Business?
I’ll share with you that when I first started in business the image of a leader that I brought with me was an authority figure who has the power to hurt those that are following them. This was because I was so used to being around authority figures who were coming from a place of leading through fear (I came out of the very toxic public school system). I knew I didn’t want that in my business.
