Suppose your beauty business is open 6 days per week.
5 Employees are scheduled to work each day. On average, 10 clients are serviced every day. Set your Monthly Retail Sales Goal to be around $10,000. Divide your Monthly Goal by 4 to calculate the weekly Retail Sales Goal. Determine your Daily Retail Sales Goal by dividing by 6, or the amount of days your business is open during the week.
BREAK DOWN THE SELLERS. SET RETAIL SALES GOAL per Employee.
Each of the 5 Employees would need to sell on average, Daily Sales Goal÷5 employees.
BREAK DOWN THE CLIENTS. SET RETAIL SALES GOAL per Client.
On average, each Client should spend, Daily Goal÷10 or the amount of clients serviced.
