Manifesting Consistently With The Law Of Attraction
Written by Gary Evans
Most people manifest things they want very sporadically. One day will be great and they’ll manifest some great stuff, and then the next two weeks will be miserable until they get that next high event when a new manifestation will come about.
That’s no way to live a fulfilled life.
If you want to begin manifesting awesome stuff on a consistent basis then you’ll need to maintain a high vibration. What this means is that you will need to feel good consistently.
There’s several ways in which you can feel good deliberately and consistently maintain a high energy vibration. Here are a couple of methods to raise your overall vibration…
Meditate – Probably the best way to increase your overall vibration is by meditating. By getting yourself into a comfortable and relaxing place where you can begin to quieten your mind, you will be releasing any thoughts that make you feel miserable. And if you don’t feel miserable then you will naturally feel good.
Feeling good is your natural state of being. The only way you feel miserable is when you practice miserable thoughts. If those unwanted thoughts aren’t there then your vibration will raise by itself.
Visualize – Visualize something beautiful in your mind. Whatever it is, it needs to be something that makes you happy. Maybe a flower, a vacation or a trip to the seaside with your children. Whatever you visualize, enjoy it!
Your mind has the incredible ability to see vivid imagery and can use all five senses in an imaginary place. If you’re in a boring, dull, work office why not take 5 minutes to go off somewhere beautiful in your mind to raise your feelings!

After all, there’s plenty going on in the world, in celebrity lives, in the constant push of the media, to keep one engaged or preoccupied. Which is great, if such brings you joy. But if, on the contrary, you find you are living someone else’s life via trending, or depressed and distressed by

“Weight-Train” Your Brain
I have a new cell phone. I didn’t want a new cell phone; I was perfectly happy with my 2020 cell phone, but it wasn’t happy with me. Its connector charging port was ailing. Failing, actually, the service tech told me. And besides, it was an old phone, what did I expect? Old? This to a woman who is more than content, read “thrilled,” to wear outdated fashions just because she likes them. And would willingly keep computers way past their supposed “shelf life.” Sigh. OK, fine,

Declutter Your Heart
We speak of decluttering our spaces--our homes, garages, offices--but how often do we think of decluttering ourselves? As in letting go of outdated emotions, the guilts, fears, regrets that no longer serve us in any way? After all, isn’t that how you declutter your closet? You look over your outfits and discard clothes you haven’t worn in years, or that are so not-trendy you can barely stand to look at them, or which remind you of that awful fight you had with – well, never
