Middle Class America, what are you going to do?

I have been saying for sometime now, that the Home Business industry will see a very large growth in the next five to 10 years.
WHY?
The middle class America has been shrinking for many years and most will not notice it. After the BIG bust of the economy, people are starting to realize that they must do something different.

Manufacturing has changed and it’s finally catching up to us. With robots and computers making more products with the massive automation of factories and the outsourcing of jobs over seas. What once took 10 or 30 people to make something now it takes one to five. Just think how many people it took to make a car 30 years ago and how many it takes now. The transformation is staggering. Outsourcing is becoming a very big problem for middle class America . According to economist the U.S. currently doesn’t produce any television sets. Computer manufacturing in the U.S. employs about 166,000 people; in 1975 it employed almost 300,000. Asia’s computer manufacturing has about 1.5 million people.
Where is the middle class America going?

With the massive loss of jobs in the last few decade people have been moving to other job, but now the new problem is all the younger people applying for the same jobs and the companies are realizing they can pay them less than you. There are fewer and fewer jobs out there and more and more people wanting them. That drives down wages, but the cost of affordable health care and housing is still rising. Then you take into account the loss of pension funds and retirement plans. Now we are working longer and longer. Our parents worked for a long time with one company or one job and received some kind of retirement. Now most people will not have any plan in action to retire.
So what’s going to happen with the middle class America?
People are now looking at what they are going to do. For most people they will not notice the slow strangle of the situation and will not do anything about it until it’s too late. But many middle class Americans are looking at home based businesses that would not have looked in the past. This is the time of change. With the growing lower class and rising separation of the upper and lower class. You had better take note and LOOK
The Home Business industry is growing and the time is now for middle class America to take a look.
More people are looking then ever before and like all economic waves those in front of it are positioned to make the best of it. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to see that what I’m saying is true. It’s time to take control of your future. The time is NOW. With the right company in the right industry you can build a business that will last a life time. With more people in there 40 and older looking out of a need to fill the gap in what they are making and what they need to survive and looking to fill the hole in their retirement plan. With the younger generation taking a look at where they are headed. This is the best time in history to get involved in home business industry.
If you are in the Network Marketing industry, now is the time to work as hard as you can to build your business because more people are looking now then ever before. If you are not in the industry and are possible looking. Let me give you a little advice.
A few things to look for: –> The best industry is Health and Wellness. With rising medical cost, with more and more pills out there causing additional problems and more and more people realizing this. With the food we eat having less and less nutrition. The natural health and wellness industry will continue to grow. –> Be very cautious about start up companies. It may sound great. And they all say we are going to be this or that. But most end up out of business in less than two years. The last thing I would want to do is work hard and have the company go out of business. Find a company that is at least four to five years old. They have made it out of the danger zone. But in my opinion the older 20 + year old companies have inferior compensation plans. There is a large a number of people out there trying to start up new MLM companies every day and the real truth is most will not make it past their first or second year. –> Research the management team. Make sure they have success in the industry before and have a track record in other businesses. There are a lot of self proclaimed successful distributors that are starting their own company. Just because they did good as a distributor means NOTHING about them being a good business person. I would say if they are newer, then three to five years stay away. –> Who is your team going to be? Who will sponsor you and who is in there upline? If you want to win make sure you will have help. A word of caution. This does not mean you need to be sponsored by the top income earner in that business. You want to have someone in your close upline that is hungry and in the hunt. It does not need to be your sponsor, but it needs to be as close to him as you can get. You want help not past success stories. –>Lastly Get your pride and ego out of the way and take the time to look at this great industry called Home Based, MLM and Network Marketing. This truly is the business of the 21 century.
