In attempting to maintain our overall balance on all levels of our divine expression of spirit we may sometimes wander off the path or get stuck in a place that is not for our highest good. I know this happens to me when I forget to listen to spirit in taking better care of my self. Searching for my inner light and expressing my inner light over the last 40 years has brought me a greater understanding of the interplay of flesh and spirit and balance of the two. Christ taught us to care for our bodies – he taught that we are born in the image and likeness of God. That our body is a temple to hold and express spirit.
Having spent the majority of my life learning to express spirit I often forgot to honor the body. I ate well and exercised but I felt my mind could control the body – and I let it go with that. But somehow I had created a body versus mind conflict, or a spirit versus body conflict. When in reality they both are in harmony.
About this same time I was dealing with this issue I met Dr Walsh and Dr Susan Augustine who had created a system to determine your unique nutritional profile. It included a mind, body, and emotional symptoms assessment plus custom made multi-vitamins, with bio-matched foods, activities, and healthy lifestyle choices. Finally, a system that was centered around our uniqueness a while helping to balance the body, mind, and emotions.
Most of us have been taught the power of the mind to affect the body. Dr Walsh’s work was the opposite it was all about the biochemistry balancing our mind, body and emotions. Our mind, body, and emotions can be balanced with the correct amounts of the natural raw materials that the body consumes. In this instance it was the body controlling the mind and emotions! We could find greater peace and harmony through balancing our body’s need for various raw materials. (Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids)
According to the clients using this holistic program of custom made supplements and healthy life habits - they experienced more energy, and less hyperactivity – more harmony less stress – deeper meditations – better concentration and focus – more endurance and greater athleticism and an overall sense of feeling better as the body also lost weight on it’s own.
All the things I was searching for spiritually were now coming from my body being nutrient balanced. And this affected my souls efforts to create a joyful, well, and energetic me. To be our self we need to provide our beings with that which supports us, not an off the shelf solution made for everyone. We are all unique. One person’s meal is anothers poison.

This program helped me find my life passion. I wanted to share with you that this effected me so much that I have dedicated my life to sharing this with others and so I started a company to be able to inexpensively assay nutritional needs and provide you with a holistic nutritional based program that will help propel you into health and wellness and bliss. No one's path to walk in health and in the light of spirit is the same. We don't have a set program for you to balance your health - we help determine what works best for you and build it from scratch

The inner support of individualized nutrient formulas and a supportive lifestyle and activities can balance our emotions and cognitive powers as well as our physical well being. Many whom we have shared this with, were amazed at how a personalized supplement made for each of us had such a powerful affect. Mind, body, emotions, and spirit are all one - Each supports the other as we heal ourselves when they are matched to our unique needs.

Blessing of health to you all

I decided to write an article about getting things done and not worrying about perfection and found myself in need of my own advice... I like to think that I subscribe to the idea that "good enough" is good enough. Sure it's important to do a good job and make sure there are no major mistakes or omissions but for the most part get it done and get it out.

Guess what, I figured out where a lot of clutter comes from. You might not be happy to hear this but, you may be creating it yourself. This is actually good news, because when you know what causes the clutter you can learn how to stop generating it. I went food shopping this past weekend. ...

Wouldn’t it be great if we could do it all? Imagine never having to think about having the time or resources necessary to do a project because you had all the time and resources in the world. Wishful thinking huh? The truth is that you don’t have infinite access to time or resources. There are things that you might like to do that will be left undone. To make sure that what you value the most gets done it’s important not only to set clear goals but to strategically pick the goals that you want to accomplish and create a plan to accomplish them.

Have you seen the show Hoarders, Buried Alive? Many people are entranced by it. It’s reminds me of when you drive down the road and pass an accident… it’s hard to turn away. I’ve heard people say that they are amazed at how “those people” live. Can’t “they” understand the difference between what’s junk and what’s not? How can “they” save all that stuff? What were “they” thinking as they accumulated all of it? Did “they” really think they would use it? How can “they” live that way? Don’t “they” know when enough’s enough?
