Are you motivated?

Motivation or enthusiasm is a big concept for the survival of human mind, if look back in history, and the rise of any civilization there are some group of Enthusiasms and Motivated people either Scientists or Philosophers or politicians, or even normal working class, who are willing to push things in the right direction for the love of there Country or Humanity. Initiation, direction, intensity and persistence of human behavior, if I may add to achieve ultimate humanitarian goal...
There many Motivational Theories:
1. Drive Reduction Theories. 2. Cognitive dissonance theory. 3. Affective-Arousal Theories, too many more like Unconscious motivation, for more detail do read, Role Motivation Theories, By John B. Miner, or login to: EN.Wikipedia , Encyclopedia Britannic. One of the theory, which I found it could join the different factories from other, my own opinion, is the Broad Theories, Achievement Motivation Inventory AMI (Schuler, Thornton, Frintrup, Mueller-Hanson,2004), and many more theories which I found so much applicable in our life, it is one of the nutrition of our brain with all the subdivisions.
I do so much like the scale and find it so logical, and scientific:

170 items in total, 17 Scales, each scale has ten items. The items are, for the most part couched in a work context. Dimension specific scores are derived as well as an overall score.

The Scale is Amazing and so much applicable in our life. We as human since the Creation of every thing by GOD THE MOST BENEFICENT, THE MOST MERCIFUL , He Give us a great machine the brain, if we analysis the complexity and take a small part of our Conscious or subconscious , our Behavior and Attitude towards our self, the Society, and the whole globe, we find motivation played a big role in our life, this why man travelled long distance historically to find better place for better out come, and I believe from my extensive reading in this great subject that Civilization fall historically, One people did give up the Motivation, It is a cycle going on, combined strongly with our life cycle, not only that it is the energetic force for driving the brain to high performance, the thing is why some time people afraid of such a power which could be very objective and focused if used, to be more creative and productive. The concept of bee
Creative and Motivated, It goes hand by hand, I believe we are missing this in some parts in this world, I believe Motivation has to have the Right Environment to grow and to be like chain reaction, it is a learning curve, it is linked some how to the raise of the any Nations or Decline, it is true should be controlled and directed to achieve tasks in all different fields to bring up any Nation as important Group in this world, there are intrinsic and extrinsic factors involved in Motivation, and leading the person to be highly productive, and this is the key, how many hours a day each of us in this world is working in any field that help man kind and his Nation or other? In this modern time, let us take example, Mr. Ex-President Nelson Mandela (SOUTH AFRICA) Mr. Ex-President Carter ( USA), King Abdullah ( KSA), Mr. Ex-President Mahathir bin Mohamad (MALAYSIA), Mr. Ex-President Bill Clinton (USA),Mr. Ex-Vice President Al Gore (USA), Mr. Bill Gates ( USA), and there great work for humanity, we should not forget the scientist and other groups, who has the great Motivation to change the world for better living for human kind, I do Acknowledge there are great people working so hard with great Motivation to reach there task in research in all branches of science, may be some of them working behind close doors or low profile, I call them the Silent Motivators, my respect and admiration for all, We as the Arabic Nation have to look at these Issues and ask our self are we Motivated in Peaceful way to bring our countries to be Acknowledged by the International Society , with Education and learning from our previous experience & our History and from other Nation, the ? Can we make it? For our new, Generation. Motivation is the Key and these theories are reality by all means.
Let us not forget All the Prophets and there Great Motivations to teach human kind, OUR Love and Great Respect for Them & The old generation historically and there Impacts and Motivation in this Civilization we have globally now.
Thank you,
Yours truly,
