With muscle growth workouts skinny guys can have a good body too. Didn’t think it was possible for hard gainers to be ripped? Wrong! A muscle bound body can be accomplished a hardgainer workout routine designed to build muscle mass fast. Different from regular workouts, these workouts are high intensity-low endurance routines. We’ve all been there. We go to the gym and see those body builder guys with the incredibly ripped bodies. Of course, they are full of advice on how to get a good body just like them. But, is this good advice for you? For hard gainers, it’s most likely not. Just because his body looks great, does not mean his routine will work for you. He may just have great genetics. The guy with the muscled body may be using a workout that is not right for a hard gainer. You know the ones who spend their entire time that day on one body part. It might be the abs or it might be the biceps, but the workout is focused on one set of muscles. With muscle growth workouts you do routines that work the whole body to the point of sparking muscle growth. You don’t want to over work muscle groups because this defeats the purpose of muscle growth for skinny guys. Even worse, over working can lead to injuries. Here are some rules for hard gainers to remember when working out:
  • Don’t lift light weights; use heavy weights
  • Remember it’s not endurance but intensity
  • Move to the next muscle group once you activate muscle growth
  • Don’t risk a plateau, change your weight and reps each week
Even though you are working out the right way, you cannot forget your diet. Hard gainers need to be careful that they are getting proper nutrition. Without getting proper nutrition, you will not reap the full benefits of your muscle growth workouts.
