My Girlfriend Dumped Me - Learn From My Mistakes

The first thought that I thought of as my girlfriend dumped me was to speak to her trying to get her to give me a second chance. Things will be better this time. I've improved.. I'd come to my senses and recognized I needed to start treating her better. It is fine for your ex to have fun with her good friends occasionally and you have come to see things clearly and have faith in her completely. You're prepared to take a step back and allow her some breathing room. Suddenly you have come to be a better man.

You give your ex-girlfriend a call and she responses with good grace but states she does not believe you and that she should have time to have a think and decide. All is fine and you hang up the phone, optimism picks up in you. The next day you have to hang out with her and grab coffee or something like that so you decide to get a hold of her once again. She cannot go because she's hanging out with a "friend" in class to study; perhaps some other day will be better. It feels like you have been kicked in the chest and you go off the wall hoping not to think of the 2 of them making out over a Chemistry textbook.

You start phoning her all the time and sending her texts and e-mail and start to push her over the edge. She initially believes that you haven't changed at all. You are the same nagging, immature, insecure person you were when she left you. She makes a decision that the headache isn't worth it and gets a different phone number, black-lists you from her e-mail and you're alone and forgotten after messing up your only possibility to win her back.

I would sit in my car and observe her house waiting for her to return just to see who she was with. I'd be there for a long time waiting and when she finally came I would immediately regret everything. The sight of the two of them together had me feel sick. I couldn't accept that reality that my girlfriend dumped me. I'd attempt to learn where she'd be when she would spend time with her friends and I'd "just happen to" be there hoping to speak to her and get her alone from her friends. My girlfriend would get nervous and anxious the moment she spotted me enter the restaurant or club. She would speak to her friends and all of them would leave during the next few minutes.

I don't want you to end up like I did. The fact of the matter is, you can win your ex back, but you must be relaxed about it and you need to have a solid approach. If you simply do what I did when my girlfriend dumped me, you most likely are only going to mess everything up.

However awful everything might appear, you can salvage your relationship. You merely have to cool off slightly and give her some breathing space to think things through and grant her a while to truly miss you (you can count on it, she will definitely miss you in due course). My girlfriend dumped me and I made just about every conceivable mistake initially, but I gradually got my act together and fixed our relationship before the problems got too much out of hand.

The very first and best thing you should do, if you're feeling like your breakup is making you insane is to really disconnect from your honey. Make the commitment to not telephone or email her for two to four weeks. Work with this period to focus on yourself and get yourself in order. That's what I did when my girlfriend dumped me, and this became a a life-changing point for everything.
