Finding a natural cure for kidney stones is not going to be as difficult as you might think. You should also cut down as much as possible on the amount of sugars you have, salt, soda, dairy products and meat. However, you will need to eliminate alcohol from your diet altogether.
Increase the amount of water you drink daily. You should also incorporate more veggies, fiber rich foods and whole grains. Watch the types of veggies you increase, you should avoid the veggies that are fairly high in oxalates. These include rhubarb, spinach, beat and beans. Also, avoid nuts, black tea, strawberries, chocolate and wheat bran.
Drinking plenty of fluids are best for decreasing your risk of a kidney stone forming. Water, of course should be the beverage of choice. But for the most part as long as you are consuming enough liquids a day, that is what is most important.
On average, you should be drinking about 10 oz an hour for every hour you are awake. However, if it is hot outside you will need to drink more in order to replenish the fluids lost while you were sweating.
Once you have been able to use a natural cure for kidney stones, your next step should be working on decreasing your risk of another one forming. You can do this by following the same diet as mentioned previously. In addition, incorporating a regular exercise regimen can also prove to be beneficial for you.
