***Negative Thinking versus Positive Thinking

What we think about comes about. The Integrated Ascended Master makes a conscious effort to replace all negative thinking with positive thinking. It takes the same amount of energy to think a positive thought as it takes to think a negative thought. However, the experiences which either kind of thought draws into our lives will be like day and night.

The laws of manifestation work on all levels and at all times. If we think lots of negative thoughts and dwell upon them long enough, then as per universal law, this is what we will draw into manifestation. Yet if we engage our thinking in positive thoughts and make it a habit think thoughts that inspire us and uplift us, then in the same way the universe will work with us and we will draw the corresponding joyous reality into manifestation.

It is unfortunate that only a relatively small amount of people in this world truly practice conscious positive thinking, even though the idea that our thoughts create our reality, feelings and emotions is not new but has been around for hundreds if not thousands of years!
