Never Argue With An Idiot

Many of you are beginning to understand the important if water soluble silica in the diet, how it is so necessary for even average health. This newsletter will cover a completely different look on silica, how it acts at the cellular level.
If you look at silica and iodine and its relationship to selenium and the control this mineral pair has over acid shell growth the importance in the diet for silica is beyond critical. Nations with the highest intake of dietary silica have the lowest cancer rates. Excess body weight also may be silica, for a lack of communication at the cellular level lowers metabolism, and excess weight becomes an easy thing to acquire. When silica reserves are used up, permanent brain damage occurs and these people run for office.
I'll back step for a moment, looking at silica and its relationship to aluminum and cadmium, you will see a great need in it. Silica, along with calcium and magnesium, pulls cadmium and aluminum though the kidneys to be eliminated. Silica draws aluminum out of nerve tissues.
Alzheimer's disease isn't aluminum toxicity as much as it is silica deficiency. All diseases, whether it is just be the common cold to arthritis to all cancers, there will be a silica deficiency. Someone whose skin appears to just hang in place, a person who looks much older than they are … is someone with a silica problem. Silica is the glue for calcium and lecithin in collagen. Thin weak nails, thin lifeless hair, easy broken bones, joint problems, apathy, lax morals, not finding roots, all have silica involved. Silica benefits the aged complaining of the affects of old age.
Much of the new opinion of why we die is the body's inability to convert ingested silica into the water soluble organic silica. Who's to say this new thinking isn't correct, dust we came, dust we return. More often than not, Dr Jensen's saying about silica is coming true, when a person complains about everything, when symptoms constantly migrate, when life seems hopeless, and apathy reigns, begin the return to health with silica. So how does silica do this? Silica is the mineral for the energy flow in all living organisms, all plants, insects, fish, dogs, cats, humans, even politicians. Silica keeps our internal electrical communication going. It is like minute wires tying each cell together so each cell talks with each other. Silica uses other minerals to help with this; these other minerals are area specific. Silica is throughout the body; every soul on earth needs silica for this internal communication.
So where do we get silica? From apple skins, root veggies, oats, and barley are the food sources. NSP sells HSN-W, Hair Skin Nails - Watcliff formula. I'm lazy, and spooked I wont get enough, I take HSN-W and eat my veggies. The body hand cream product loaded with silica is Irish Moss Lotion.
Vitamin D is a group of fat-soluble prohormones, the two major forms of which are vitami D2, ergocalciferol, and vitami D3, cholecalciferol. The term vitami D also refers to the metabolized forms of vitami D. D is produced in skin exposed to sunlight. D plays an important role in the maintenance of organ systems. D regulates the calcium and phosphorus levels in the blood by promoting their absorption from food in the intestines, and by encouraging re-absorption of calcium in the kidneys. This action promotes bone formation and is essential in the development of an intact, strong skeleton. It helps regulate parathyroid hormone secretion. D affects the immune system by strengthening immune response, antibody production, T cell production, and anti-tumor activity. D deficiency is usually caused by inadequate sunlight exposure, yea ol winter blues.
As said, D exists in several forms, each with a different level of activity. Calciferol, D2 & D3, is the most active form of D, other forms are relatively inactive in the body. The liver, adrenals, and kidneys help convert D to its most active hormone form. Once D is produced in the skin or consumed in food, it requires chemical conversion to the physiologically active form of vitami D.
Active D functions as a hormone because it stimulates the intestines to increase the absorption of calcium and phosphorus. It takes part in the communication between the parathyroid and other glands.
I have several question lately about urine color, I'll run over a few colors and possible reasons for the color. If a person has been drinking an excess of water or diuretics such as coffee or beer, the urine may have little or no color. It is nothing to worry about if it happens occasionally.
Yellow urine is usually excess sweating or a sign that you have not been drinking enough liquids. B vitamins will also color urine yellow.
When urine is a dark yellow, almost brown, liver weakness should be suspected first. This also may be a plugged gall bladder.
Orange urine is most often beta-carotene in the urine. Synthetic vitami C will make urine orange. Food dyes can be the culprit too.
Brown urine is an indication of a serious health problem. It could be caused by liver gall bladder disease, hepatitis, acid shell disease, or copper cadmium poisoning. If you had recently eaten fava beans or taken an over-the-counter laxative, these can make your urine brown. A tobacco chewer can have brown urine from the tobacco backing up in the body, at this point, it is a serious health problem
Greenish urine is a urinary tract infection or a gall bladder problem. Some drugs can give the urine a green tint. A brighter green color with a yellow haze is inability to digest B vitamins. Blue tinted urine can be caused by a bacterial infection. Often this infection is either in the lungs or gums. It can also be an indication of high levels of blood calcium.
There are a number of things that can cause the urine to have a red tint, it is usually food dyes. It can be blood in the urine, pay close attention to make sure this color goes away.
Blue, green, yellow, red, pink, brown, purple, and black colored urine means you're high, real high, check it again later.
