Introduction The nursing care model used in patient care is an important determinant of the patient outcomes. When the right model is used based on the patient setting requirements, patient recovery improves remarkably. Work-related stress amongst the caregivers also reduces when the right model is used. A master delegation of duties is some models like team care model makes it possible to have the same patient category under one head nurse in a department with a specialization of the cases at hand (Dubois, 2013). Observed model The observed model of nursing was team care nursing model. The model makes good use of the skills of one head nurse, who delegates the different caregivers to the various cases under her/his care. The care model is only applicable to patient care where the head nurse can directly supervise the delivery of the delegated duties to the recipients. In the care setting, the head nurse included a registered nurse who would be in charge of about ancillary services providers for specific care to the patient. The registered nurse guides the certified nursing assistants who in turn interact directly with the patient. It is possible to have several nursing teams in the same ward; all reporting to an overall supervisor. The success of the team nursing care model is dependent on the ability of the team leader to communicate with the rest of the caregiving the team. Encouraging cohesion for the attainment of the same goal determines the success of the model. The nurse leader has to understand each patient case and the specific requirements and delegate duties depending on the skill requirements of each case. Directions are offered to the rest of the team through meetings and careful written patient records. The nurse leader then reports to a higher office in the department that is conce ed with the management of the patients. Conferencing is a crucial marker of team nursing care model. The conference gives an opportunity for all the nursing personnel to discuss the case they have been assigned. The notable improvements are communicated and new management plans devised according to the progression of the patient. Reassigning of roles is also conducted in the conference. Scholarly reviews of the observed model According to a study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of team nursing when compared to total patient care model, the master researchers could not determine the effectiveness of either of the models in taking care of staff stress and burn out. Neither of the selected models had a meaningful influence on the staff's job satisfaction, the job turns over, and burnout. The study led to the recommendation of more accurate recording and documentation of worker satisfaction for future use in the analysis of job satisfaction based on the used nursing model. The lack of a constant terminology made it hard to compare data obtained on the job satisfaction of the nursing personnel in the different models analysed (King, 2015). According to a review of the development of the different models of nursing care, team care model represents the best nursing care model in the present changing patient care system. The revolution of care and the pressure that nursing care is likely to suffer from in the future, team nursing model seems to give the best solutions to the health deficits to be catered for (Fairbrother, 2015). Recommended model The recommended model is total patient care model. The model is dependent on the presence of a registered nurse in charge of the needs of the patient at all times. The registered nurse can be In charge of several patients like in in-patient units. The nurse is charged with the role of assisting the sick and therefore has to learn all the aspects of the cases under their care. In some cases, the nurse can be in charge of patients who have some degree of control over their health. The role of the nurse in such settings is to monitor the patient and ensure that the patient carries out all the necessary activities necessary for health restoration. The progression of the cases under the care of the registered nurse is recorded in written reports, which serve as a template to the nurse taking over in the next shift. Important messages on the expected care of unique cases can be relayed from one professional to the other verbally as a clarification to the recorded care procedures. In line with the provision of individual-based care, this model can be very useful since the nurse has direct control of the patient without any delegation of duties. The minimization of treatment errors is also attained in this model. It is also possible to ensure the provision of evidence-based nursing care since the contribution of different registered nurses with different views on each case is made possible. The provision of care that has been considered by several nurse professionals makes it easier to establish high standards of care in line with the advancement in nursing care over the years. Scholarly articles on a different care model Primary care model is a kind of nursing care delivery that involves the use of a single nurse to take care of a given patient throughout. The satisfaction of patients and nurses in a pediatric oncology/ hematology unit was evaluated in a study aimed at in order to prove the hypothesis that both the patients and the nurses were dissatisfied with the current system. The study used a crossectional design to capture the contributions of the patients, the family, and the nurses involved. The findings indicated that all the stakeholders preferred the continued care offered through primary care model with emphasis on the importance of healthy nurse-patient relationships which form the backbone of this model of care (Nadeau, 2017). According to a study conducted to evaluate the reported clinical practices that are deemed necessary for the execution of primary care model by nursing professionals and the intrinsic and extrinsic contributors of the manifestation of these practices in the clinical setting, the findings indicated positive contributors to professional competency. Good interpersonal relationships between the different nurses in the working environment were associated with better competency scores. Affiliations to a specialist group or solo practice were also linked with better competency scores (Monninger, 1988). Summary The chance to directly interact with a nursing care model has enhanced my understanding of the different models and the possible applications in the clinical setting. The choice of a patient care model determines the overall outcome of the patient and the work stress experienced by the caregiving team. The decision on the best model in a given setting is determined by patient factors such as the level of impairment and hospitalization. Nurse personnel factors that determine the model most likely to offer the best results depends on the number of professionals available. The presence of several registered nurses can make it possible to implement a total patient care while the presence of more licensed practical nurses with few registered nurses may make it necessary to implement a team nursing model. Primary care model is ideal for some situations where direct patient care is needed. These situations include intensive care units and other master operational care units where most of the patients are unconscious and therefore in need of assisted care at all times. The implementation of this model is costly and can lead to high work-related stress due to the continuous requirement of nursing care from the same professional. Total patient care model is another nursing care delivery model that seems to fit in both primary care model and team care model. Different registered nurses take turns on the care of patients through a schedule that achieves both individualized care for the patients and good working conditions for the nurses through the provision of breaks and shifts. The patient also gets the opportunity to have their care decided by different professionals which ensures the provision of individualized management based on evidence-based practice. The welfare of the patient is the primary objective of every healthcare professional. In order to provide the kind of nursing care needed by the patient, it is crucial to adopt the best management model based on the clinical picture and the staff available. As a nurse leader is crucial to ensure that maximum use of the resources available in the restoration of health in the patient by distribution the available labor based on the best applicable model in the clinical setting. The “Coinbase Effect” is a theory within the cryptocurrency community that postulates that if a token/coin, usually one relatively less well-known, gets added to the Coinbase exchange, its price will increase substantially. Coinbase is one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges as well as arguably the most user-friendly, making it the starting point for new cryptocurrency traders. The idea is that when a coin gets added to the once-exclusive list of tokens offered on Coinbase, it’ll receive mainstream attention, higher trading volume, and liquidity.
