***OM Meditation to Connect with the Divine Within
Written by Dr Joshua David Stone and Gloria Excelsias
Find a comfortable posture, either lying down or sitting up, whatever you prefer. But be sure to keep your spine straight so that the energy can flow unhindered.
Close your eyes and follow the natural flow of your breath for a moment or two, as you calm down and settle into the stillness.
Take a deep breath, filling first the lower abdomen, then the upper abdomen and finally the chest.
As you breathe out, let the breath carry first the “ooooooo” sound for two thirds of the outbreath and then follow with the “mmmmmmm” sound.
So, as the air is expelled from first the chest and then the upper abdomen, you would be chanting “ooooooooo”.
And as the air is expelled from the lower abdomen you would then be chanting the "mmmmmmm" sound.
Pause, if you need to, so your breath is naturally flowing. Never force anything. Take whatever time you need between chanting the "oms”.
Then begin the process of the three part inbreath and the chanting of "ooooommmm" on the three part outbreath once again.
Try your best to be as rhythmically consistent as possible, so that neither the chant nor the breath is broken.
When you first start this practice, just do it for a few minutes out loud before you spend a few moments repeating the OM silently. Don’t do this exercise for too long in the beginning unless you are used to chanting mantras or have an instructor supporting you. Gradually build up the amount of time and never force anything.
Feel free to stay sitting in meditation listening to the OM inwardly as your breath continues to flow naturally.
Before you bring this meditation to a close, be sure to ground yourself. Stretch your limbs, take a deep breath, open your eyes and go about your day carrying within you this attunement with the Divine.

The brew contains various compounds that trigger a chemical response and reaction in the brain, which, in turn, leads to a relief in depression, suicidal tendencies, PTSD, and other mental health struggles.
