Dear Friend,

"A winner is someone who recognizes his God-given talents, works his tail off to develop them into skills and uses these skills to accomplish his goals." Larry Bird

Those of us who are learning to become a Co-worker with life and a winner in life gives back to life and has learned and is learning to be grateful for the blessings received each day. We need to give our best, be our best, think the best thoughts in all departments of our life. Start the day by blessing the day and those you serve and all whom you encounter throughout the day. Declare yourself a winner every moment, and in ever detail and experience in your life, everything you touch physically, emotionally, mentally and spirutally, for the good of all. And then embrace the winner you are or desire to become. n
You, each one of you, are a blessing in my life!

Love and Blessings,

In the movie ‘Field of Dreams,” Ray Kinsella (Kevin Costner) quotes author Terence Mann (James Earl Jones ) as saying: “There comes a time when all the cosmic tumblers have clicked into place — and the universe opens itself up for a few seconds to show you what’s possible.” In the film, Terence Mann also laments the tragic fact that most folks aren't even aware of that opening when it occurs, so they never walk through the doors that will lead them into their life's potential.

All of us will encounter toxic individuals and circumstances in our lives at one time or another. During those experiences we need to use whatever helpful tools we can find to stay balanced and clear about "who we are." One of the methods I use to maintain perspective is to create a "healthy level of detachment." Healthy, because I still have my heart engaged, but am detached enough not to be running amuck in an emotional minefield.
