Do you really believe that piece of cake, that piece of bread, that bowl of ice cream or that bag of nuts will not make you fat? Eating healthy is a cumulative experience. So if overeating, overindulging and developing poor eating habits. What have you eaten in the alst 12 days?

On the 1st day of eating, I ate a bowl of oatmeal and went upon the scale weighed 130 pounds.

On the 2nd day of eating, I ate a bowl of oatmeal and ate a cheese omelet and weighed 131 pounds.

On the 3rd day of eating, I ate a bowl of oatmeal and ate a cheese omelet and ate a huge corn muffin and weight 132 pounds.

On the 4th day of eating, I ate a bowl of oatmeal and I ate a cheese omelet and I ate a huge corn muffin and I ate a tuna melt and weighed 133 pounds.

On the 5th day of eating, I ate a bowl of oatmeal and I ate a cheese omelet and I ate a huge corn muffin and I ate a tuna melt and I ate a bowl of chili and I weighed 134 pounds.

On the 6th day of eating, I ate a bowl of oatmeal and I ate a cheese omelet and I ate a huge corn muffin and I ate a tuna melt and I ate a bowl of chili and I ate a big piece of apple pie and I weighed 135 pounds.

As a member of The National Writers Union for many years, I have been aware of the problems experienced by educated, professional writers. Many have been deprived of their contracted fees.
