Our Heart's Compassion and Haiti

Compassion is a vast, emotional force of transformational power. When we allow our hearts to open and expand, our capacity for compassion increases. We become a more readily available vessel for compassion to flow through.

Humanity’s Heart has been touched by the earthquakes in Haiti. Each disaster such as 911, hurricane Katrina, China’s earthquake, Indonesia’s tsunami and others, gives us an opportunity to remember our humanity. Our hearts are opening and expanding through these experiences and our compassionate action is significant.

The tragedy in Haiti is a profound world teacher and world uniter. We are a world that is Awakening through our heart center and our highest guiding light is Love. Compassion is Loves companion and reminds us of our true nature of deep inner caring, hope and empathy. No act of compassion is too small or insignificant. It effects all aspects of life.

Events like these helps us focus in one primary direction and the energy is unified and multiplied. We act more as a global community and we are given the opportunity to meld and remember that we are One.
Sprit knows no boundaries. Sprit is inclusive. Spirit is who we are.

May each of us in our own way say “Yes” to our heart’s expansion and allow compassion to flow through us more freely. Free flowing compassion can effect our lives and the lives of others in positive ways.
May this expanded love and compassion bring out the best in each of us.

Growth in self-awareness begins with asking “who am I, what are my gifts and what is my life’s purpose?” As the answers unfold, we extend ourselves beyond the “Me” to the “We”. When the focus is on the “We”, giving, sharing and being of service emerge naturally and with unified strength. We all benefit from this focus.

When we realize the “We” in us, service oriented endeavors become more important and more available to us. Look within to the gifts you have to offer the “We” and be willing to express these gifts. The world is ready for your talent and compassionate action.
