Tina Baiter is the Director of Marketing for HealthCARE Express Franchise, based in Texarkana, Texas. She is also the managing editor for Urgent Care Management Monthly, a free on-line publication designed to help educate urgent care owners about marketing and managing their centers.
Baiter has helped increase patient volumes at existing urgent care clinics and build new urgent care clinics from the ground up using innovate marketing campaigns mixed with unique branding strategies.
Prior to working in the healthcare field, Baiter assisted the marketing team at an industrial water pipe supply company through a rebranding campaign. She has also done branding work for the aviation and railroad industries.
During her tenure in the newspaper business, Baiter served as the managing editor of a weekly newspaper. She was responsible for helping rebrand the paper’s content, increasing both subscription rates and ad revenue.
In 2010 Baiter co-authored her first book, The Green Beret Doctor’s Health Plan for Life: 10 Days to a New You with Dr. Tim Reynolds. She is also published weekly on the Living Every Minute website, where she has helped create and build a successful internet business through social media branding campaigns.
Baiter earned her Bachelor’s of Art Degree in Public Relations/Mass Communication from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, she was awarded the department’s top student in public relations award during her senior year. During her education, she also studied at the University of Edinburgh, in Scotland, as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar, and at the Universidad Ibero Americana in Puebla, Mexico and the Albert Ernst Gymnasium in Oettingen, Germany.
