nDr. Z,
nIt's been about 2 1/2 weeks using the Personal Portable Oxygen Bar and so far, I would have to say that this is amazing! I am 70. The changes are all subtle but seem to be addressing my weak points. My osteoporosis diagnosed hip/back problem is better as relates to the level of pain and movement (I cannot walk for exercise because of the restriction and pain). I can however, swim by putting floats around my ankle and this has saved me because I love swimming but I got tired afterwards even though I was only doing 20 to 25 minutes about every 3rd day. My tiredness has gone down considerably and is especially noticeable when I do some light weight workouts which I try to alte ate with the swimming. My digestion has gotten better even though it is still not as well as it could be at night when I lie down. My back/hip problem keeps me from lying flat on my back because of an injury and a congenital defect (transitional vertebrae problem with missing lower lumbar). As a result, I have had insomnia for 3 or 4 decades and I survive by using meditation (Transcendental Meditation) and the TM siddhis group program. It is very powerful and has been a life saver with some negative aspects for me due to my physiology. I have gotten 'better' sleep recently but still not real sleep. I also have an enlarged prostate and recently noticed that I do not pee as often at night but just recently. It has gone from 3 to one time recently.

nDr Z,
nHere it is a week later using the Personal Portable Oxygen Bar and my doubts are disappearing so what I wrote previously has become truer and the improvements more positive. I will refer others to you as I am not interested in sales at this point and time. However, I can say that this has been the most dramatic thing that I have experienced in terms of my need. You understand, I hope, that I have been avoiding surgery for decades and it was becoming something imminent and my position at this point and time is that I will be able to postpone the date hopefully, far into the future and maybe never.

nThank you so much for the O2 discovery and the added info on how to optimize usage. I carried my Personal Portable Oxygen Bar to the weight room and did a 30 minute stationary bike ride and did a light weight routine. I can tell that I have a much increased stamina and energy. I have been able to get by with a lot less sleep due to increase in energy. I don't seem to need the sleep. I still do stretching routines and have noticed that my body is releasing long held pain positions very gradually... I have a long ways to go on my chronic ills but the future looks much better. I expect to run some more tests soon to see how it looks on paper. I will give it another week first so it would be about a month since starting which needless to say, is a fantastic turnaround.nn nn Tad T, San Diego, Califo ia

EWOT – Exercise With Oxygen Training
nWhat's the biggest difference between a 20-year-old and a 70-year-old? According to many years of clinical research from Germany, the main difference is that the 20-year-old's body is better able to utilize oxygen. This research from Germany was primarily conducted by Professor Manfred von Ardenne and published in his book Oxygen Multistep Therapy. Dr. von Ardenne shows that many, if not most, age related health problems can be linked to oxygen deficiency. He shows that it is possible to bring your oxygen capacity back to what it was when you were younger. By increasing your body's oxygenation you can undo years of damage done by stress and free radicals and lack of oxygen. This process may actually slow your aging process. In some cases there is evidence that the biological clock can be turned back by several years. So, how is it done?
n nEWOT... Anti-Aging - at its best
nThis process is called EWOT, which stands for " Exercise With Oxygen Training." What is it?
n EWOT - the best Anti-Aging training you can do - in the comfort of your own home. nIt is simple and affordable.
nDo this for at least 15-30 minutes, daily, for the rest of your life.
nYou exercise while breathing Oxygen Enriched Air form your Personal Portable Oxygen Bar. You can use a treadmill, a stationary bicycle, a UBE (Upper Body Ergometer/bicycle), light weights to do easy bicep curls, easy crunches, cross crawl exercises, etc.
nIf you are in pretty good shape, meaning your joints are healthy, you do not suffer from heart disease, you don't have any other obvious health problems – you may want to start with a stationary bicycle. This is obviously not about setting speed records. Start easy, maybe at two miles per hour (your speed is registered on your speedometer).
nIt is always a good idea to wear a heart rate monitor (different styles and types available at sporting goods stores). If your pulse gets over 130, slow down or stop for a few minutes.
nPlease use common sense - if you feel lightheaded or faint, stop and rest. If you are not sure just how fit you are, just go for two or three minutes at a slow speed the first time and discover your level of comfort. Then simply sit while breathing deeply and with intention Oxygen Enriched Air from your Oxygen Delivery Headset.
nIf the use of a stationary bicycle seems too strenuous initially – do not use it. Use something less demanding such as light or medium-heavy bar bells. You may even want to start with just wrist weights where you can add weight in very small increments.
nEventually you will want to work up to about 15 to 20 minutes, or even half an hour, on the stationary bicycle. Listen to music you like. Do not watch TV.
nPay attention to your posture – you cannot inhale deeply while slouching or while looking down. Try it, you will find that you cannot. So, sit straight. You may want to look upward while inhaling – downward while exhaling.
nPay attention to your breathing. You will soon start noticing how wonderful it is to deeply and slowly breathe in Oxygen Enriched Air (OEA) .
nMany people report that they are becoming more aware of their shallow breathing throughout the day. Some of my clients start noticing that they actually hold their breath, especially during physical efforts, or when stressed. Not a good thing, obviously. However, you cannot change your detrimental habits without first becoming aware of them.
nSet a timer – every five minutes stop and start moving your legs in the opposite direction.
nAfter 15 minutes of EWOT, you may notice a “pinking up" of your skin. If this can be seen so easily by simple observation, then it is obvious that the tiny capillaries, vessels tinier than a strand of hair, are carrying extra oxygen to cells of the body. Presumably, although this is a little more difficult to prove, every organ (your brain, kidneys, heart, eyes, and even the tips of your toes) is being bathed in extra amounts of life-sustaining oxygen.
n n Does EWOT seem too simple? nDo not let its simplicity fool you. By breathing Oxygen Enriched Air from your Personal Portable Oxygen Bar while exercising two things happen:
nYou are getting more oxygen into your bloodstream.
nBy pumping that oxygen-rich blood to your cells, EWOT creates changes in your body that are quite remarkable.
n n How EWOT Works nTo understand how this works, think of a bottle of carbonated “bubble” water. How is “bubble” water made? “Bubble water” is made by dissolving carbon dioxide (CO2) into water.
nHow does that happen? Well, obviously, you cannot simply blow into a bottle of water and expect to get “bubble” water. You must use pressure - it is the pressure that forces the CO2 molecules into the water. The oxygen in your body works in much the same way. When the blood carries oxygen to the capillaries, the oxygen must dissolve into the fluids of the body in order to reach your oxygen-thirsty cells. This happens through pressure. Unfortunately, this pressure tends to decline with age. Stress, free radicals, bad diet, sedentary life styles, lack of exercise, smoking, breathing bad air, you name it…all contribute to this decline. While an average 20-year-old releases 100 mm of arterial oxygen pressure, the average 70-year-old releases only 60 mm. That's a huge drop in the amount of oxygen that gets into your cells! The breakthrough with EWOT is that it actually raises the pressure back to more youthful levels. It will keep it that way for years, as long as you continue with your daily EWOT . nn nn EWOT is a simple way to make sure your cells get all the oxygen they need. In essence, it slows and may even reverse the aging process and repairs the body, cell-by-cell! nn nn How well does EWOT work?
n n nI am 62. I start my day with EWOT, without fail, for at least 45 minutes. The results are astounding. Try it – you will like it. Remember this basic principle - All cells in your body must have sufficient oxygen in order to function optimally. Your brain and your heart depend on this more than any other part of your body.
nEWOT helps create the basis for this optimal function - Optimum Oxygenation by exercising while breathing Oxygen Enriched Air (OEA) delivered from your Personal Portable Oxygen Bar.
nConsequently, EWOT may useful as supportive home training for many so called "old age" ailments, including vision problems and cognitive decline, balance problems, dizziness, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, blood pressure problems, neuropathy, joint problems, weakness, mood issues, immune function problems, you name it.
