What do partners in business; partners in crime, dating and handwriting analysis have in common?

Partners in business, crime or dating require personal compatibility to work together, and handwriting analysis can clearly show where and if that exists – or doesn’t exist. They also need to know how to communicate effectively with each other.

“Radical” you might say. No, not really. Handwriting analysis is used about 90% of the time in Europe to determine employment suitability (or compatibility between job applicant and job requirements.)

There are no statistics on the number of couples seeking this for relationship compatibility, and the FBI are the only ones likely to have the facts on criminal compatibility! But in Israel there is a one year wait to have handwriting analyzed for non-business purposes and police around the world use it.

What can handwriting show?

Well, for a start, even from watching someone write in across the table from you (so upside down), you can tell quite a bit!

However, one article cannot possibly manage to touch more than the tip of the iceberg. But iceberg is a good place to start.

Is your date an iceberg? Will your business or crime partner stay calm in a crisis? Alte
atively, will your date be passionate and expressive? Will your colleague be impulsive? As you can see, what you want in a date may be very different from what you want in other kind of partners.

Calm in a crisis, appearing unemotional and cool, this shows in vertical, or left slanting writing. Passionate, expressive, potentially impulsive? Look for a far right hand slant.

Trust is a big issue in any partnership, dating or otherwise. After all, we have all heard of “honor amongst thieves!”

Look at the “circle letters,” a, o and the circle part of d and g. Are the circles clean, with no loops in them? This is honesty. The circles can be open at the top (talkative) or closed (quiet,) but as long as the circles are clean, honesty is present.

Now before you rush out and dissolve your partnership or ditch your date, let me hastily add that all non-clean circles do not indicate a pathological liar! In fact, most do not.

If the circle letters have loops on the left, self deceit is present. This writer, for any of a variety of reasons, does not see things as most of the world sees them, and probably does not see himself truly as others do either. He may be presenting the facts honestly as he sees them, but if these are not “true” for the rest of us, we are getting false picture.

Circles on the right indicate secretiveness. Again, this does not (necessarily) mean that the location of the loot from a bank robbery is being concealed! It could just be some personal information the writer prefers not to share. But on the other hand, secretiveness is secretiveness.

And lastly, loops on both sides of a circle letter are deliberate deceit. This person will lie, but before you cast any stones, look to see how often these double loops appear. Once on a page is very minimal. After all, who among us can claim to never tell a lie? For any of these to be significant, it has to show in frequent occurrences.
