In our society it’s considered inappropriate tonvocalize your opinion to a stranger on topics suchnas politics, religion, sex, money, racial issues, nand abortion, just to name a few.

Everyone has an opinion, and some become verynemotional, even angry if you don’t agree withntheirs. Their strong beliefs are sometimes linkednto their childhood or other miscellaneous definingnmoments in their lives.

But let’s not forget about the impact of pastnlives. If you want to find the cause of somethingnin your life, whether it be your fondness for ancertain nation or group of people, or your fear ofnflying or snakes, it can almost always be tracednback to past lives.

Side note: As we’ve frequently said, it doesn’tnmatter if reinca
ation exists or not. What isnimportant is that exploring one’s past lives cannbe very healing, even if it turns out that thenperceptions may be metaphorical, linked to you
subconscious mind.

Do you know someone who spends a lot of thei
time campaigning for a cause or politicalncandidate? They may simply believe strongly innthe purpose and truly want to help others, butnthere could be other reasons too. For a personnwho is consumed by anger against the opposition, nour findings indicate that a strong past lifenlink is often likely: whoever is screaming thenloudest (anti-whatever) could easily have beennon the other side in a past life. Perhaps thei
actions in a past life as an 1800s shippingntycoon, for example, were often very dishonest, nracist, unfair, and selfish. Consciously theyndon’t remember this, of course, butnsubconsciously it triggers a response. Guessnwhy they’re spending so much energy on the causennow? Answer: they project their former nefariousnself (or selves) onto others who may or may notn(often times not) be creating the negative karmanthat they did in the past. Until they get to knownthemselves better (spiritually speaking) andnrecognize their projections for what they are, nthey’ll continue exclusively seeing the world asnthey are or were (instead of how it really is),nspinning around like a dog chasing its tail.

How about a certain internationally famous popnstar who, in the 1980s and 1990s, caused a lotnof controversy through her sexual and (somenwould say) anti-religious images and lyrics? Isnit possible that she lived one or more lives asna powerful religious figure who, by his or hernactions, caused the populations of entirencountries to be more shameful and fearful aboutnsex? Absolutely. Could this pop star have beenndestined to attempt to reverse some of thatnthrough her (legal and mostly harmless)nprovocative and sexual public image and behavio
in this life, and be ridiculed repeatedly in thenpress as a result? Yes.

Do you know someone who despises the wealthy?
Do they insist that most rich people are greedy, nmean, and had to be ruthless and cheat others tongain their wealth? Guess who very possibly actednin such a way in a previous life and creatednnegative karma for themselves? Even if someonendoes obtain wealth unfairly by hurting others, ntry not to let it bother you too much. Havencompassion for them and know that they willnultimately have to pay for it in other ways, neven if it is not until a future life.

It’s important to note that your karmicncircumstances in life are not about reward ornpunishment, but learning and growth. Fornexample, being born rich or poor, straight orngay, black, white, brown, or red, attractive ornnot, fit or not, is not simply because you weren“good” or “bad” in past lives.

However, if you are forced to deal with steepnand stressful challenges in this life relatednto your family, sexual orientation, race, nappearance or something else you cannot change, nit’s possible your soul choose them for you tonexperience the other side of things. Or,nsometimes it may be that your soul volunteerednto be an example in some way for those aroundnyou, ultimately to help progress humannunderstanding and compassion, for instance.
You may or may not have been, for example, anrich, straight, handsome womanizer who used andnabused females in a past life (and may or maynnot have already balanced the energy innsuccessive past lives). Even if you were, neveryone has been “good” and “bad” in pastnlives, so go easy on yourself; it’s much morenimportant to focus on doing the right thing nownin all situations than to feel guilty about hownyou were in past lives.

If you would like to overcome or at least benbetter able to deal with burdensome personalnissues, past life regression can shed new lightnon the situation, help you to detach from it,nand in some cases overcome it. If you just wantnto explore past lives out of curiosity, goingnback in time can be an eye-opening experiencenand help you realize the deeper reasons for whynyou are who you are and how you knew the peoplenin your life.
