Meditation is a tool to remove the sense of many objects in the physical world and the thoughts of attachment and hatred in the unconscious mind. Hinduism have used meditation path to wash the bad thoughts in mind and improve the health of the mental life. The Hindu way of meditation that perceives the divine love in every law of the divinity.

Statue of goddess can be any object or a kind of virtuous life of high moral value. Meditation on the statue of the god withdraws his senses from the physical world of objects and thoughts of attachment and hatred in the unconscious mind. This path of meditation provides relief of tension filled thoughts , resulting in improved health and happiness of bodily life in mind. This path of meditation invokes the self-consciousness and thus the path of inner meditation that takes you to the spirituality of unity of God.

This path of meditation increases the softness and healthy breathing, healthy heart and boosts the health of blood cells, leads to happiness in life physically and mentally. The healthy body and mental life is necessary to draw attention to the inner self that is fundamental to the relationship of spirituality to the unity of God. This path of meditation is a tool to achieve more Health, Happiness and spirituality for the followers of the Hindu religion. Prayer is also a powerful tool for removing objects from the mind of attachment and hatred in the unconscious mind. Christians and Muslims, was the support of prayer in order to wash the bad thoughts in mind. Muslims Prayer to Allah leads to health, happiness and spirituality in the minds of operation. Christen perceives the unity of God through the Lord Jesus, and it leads to health, happiness and spirituality in the minds of operation.
Recently, the younger generations who have less faith in God and seek happiness in sensual pleasures of worldly things and look to the path of meditation to improve their health and bodily life of freedom from sadness.

They take meditation classes to experience the calm through meditation retreats. Others point out that meditation is a tool of inner energy which instantly gives the physical and mental health and happiness, without going into all the religious rites of the faith. There is some non-believe
in God. For them, meditation is a tool to reconnect to nature as and when convenient. Connecting to nature and internal autonomy, they seek health, happiness and benefits of spirituality.
Modern life is very fast and requires a lot of things and the luxury of achieving this goal. Modern life has much greed that are not feasible in everyday life, is so under depression. Those who have the wealth to satisfy his greed fear of losing it. So, they are also depressed. Current drugs fail to overcome depression and give good health and happiness. People are taking the path of meditation to achieve Health, Happiness and Spirituality For them, meditation is a natural way to reduce stress and anxiety and improve mental and physical health
