Pride Mobility Products Corporation is a very distinguished and esteemed manufacturer of home medical equipment. The Casual Line by Pride Mobility is a well known product line that is respected for its comfort and physical appearance. There are 4 different lift chairs that make up the Casual Line. As is the case with all of Pride Mobility's products, the chairs that make up the Casual Line have been thoroughly tested for safety, reliability, and comfort. The Casual Line is designed as middle to large sized chairs and support between 325 and 375 pounds. All of these chairs in the Casual Line utilize the patented Pride smooth and quite lift system and come with an integrated battery backup. The chairs come in 2-position recline, often called TV recline, or 3-position recline. The 3-position lift chair can actually achieve a lot more than only 3 positions, and can produce a near horizontal sleeping position. The TV recline lift chairs recline about 45 degrees and is also not restricted to only 2 positions as the name implies. In addition to offering varying degrees of seat width, the lift chairs in the Casual Line also feature several different pillow designs. There is the button-back design, the sewn pillow-back design, and the split-back design. With over 10 different colors to choose from that are included in the price it is not a hassle at all to find a fit for your living room.
The Casual Line is designed for medium to large occupants and depending on the model is designed for individuals that are up to 6' tall. The seats have a width that is either 20 or 22 inches depending on the model. This is about as wide as two pieces of paper that are laid down long-ways. The remote is also switch-able, so it is no problem to use it in a left handed manner. The chairs in the casual line are also included in a 2 year warranty that covers both materials and labor for the steel frame, the lifting mechanism, the motor, the hand control, scissor mechanisms, and the steel lift mechanism.
There are many different types of lift chairs on the market today, both produced by Pride and by other manufacturers. The Casual Line was developed by Pride Mobility to provide a quality and incredibly well made piece of home medical equipment at an affordable and economical rate. This makes it a great buy for the consumer because it is possible to save money without sacrificing quality.
