Healing any condition today is all a matter of which method you are willing to use.
There’s the widely accepted method that many people unfortunately choose, which is widely used and it’s called……medications! But we all know that any medications have certain side effects that you’re expected to live with!
Then there’s a more natural method called reflexology, which is only one of the many natural ways to deal with almost any illness! So if it’s so natural, why ndon’t more people use this method? Well, as we see it, many people are so nconvinced that their doctor can prescribe something that will help their condition nthat they don’t even question it until those nasty side effects creep in and start ngiving them more than they expected, but their condition appeared to clear up so they accept that as being normal.
Don’t accept the fact that you’ve totally healed because you took some synthetic product that gave you the shakes, or caused you to throw up while your body accepted the drug!
The science of Reflexology is one of those centuries-old arts that the layman nmight have trouble understanding because they haven’t taken the time to research nit!
First, they need to understand that the human body has pressure points all over, and even something as simple as walking actually puts pressure on certain points in their feet that can affect certain areas they didn’t even realize.
Let’s take something easy and say you have a headache (excluding a migraine), and want to get rid of it but don’t have that bottle of aspirin because you’re not at home and don’t know where the nearest pharmacy is!
I’ll give you one of the most popular pressure (reflexology) points for headaches, although there are several pressure points because there are different types of headaches.
First, hold out either hand, then reach over with the opposite hand and place your thumb on the index finger bone half way between the wrist joint and joint at index finger. Your thumb should be in web of hand with fingers supported in palm. This is called the large intestine #4 joint if you like specifics!
Press firmly for about seven seconds, then release pressure without removing thumb and repeat three times minimum. Apply pressure to same place on opposite hand. This particular pressure point is also good for; tension or dullness in head, shoulder or arm pain, toothache, inflamed eyes, common cold, nervousness, weariness, hoarseness, psoriasis and eczema. In case you’re wondering, this WON’T cure a common cold! Without knowing exactly what caused your headache, it’s difficult to say which pressure point will work the best.
My book on headache relief is available on our web page at www.superhealth4u.org, and it covers all the causes of headaches and how to deal with them naturally. Or, if you’d like to email at wellness.timothy@gmail.com, I’ll try and help if I can.nn

About the Author
For several decades now I've been interested in the art of natural healing. My first teachings were in the art of Reflexology, which I immediately started using on friends. They noticed changes with the conditions they were experiencing so it prompted me to practice on everyone that needed help.
I'm not much of a believe
in medications for all type conditions, so natural healing seemed to fit into my overall beliefs.
I practiced reflexology on anyone who would let me. This practice covered many type conditions such as headaches, breathing conditions, upset stomach, back pain and more.
Once I was on a flight departing Honolulu to Oregon, and there was a lady next to me that was showing signs of extreme shaking and sweating. I asked her if I could help and she couldn't even talk except to shake her head yes.
I grabbed her left hand, applied pressure between her thumb and index finger and she stopped shaking almost immediately.
She just looked at me in amazement and asked what I had done. I told her I applied reflexology and advised her to see her doctor when she returned home. It just so happened that I was actually reading a book on reflexology at the time and showed it to her. She said she had heard about this type of healing but had never done it before.
Needless to say, the lady thanked me all the way to Oregon.
Naturally this one event made me a lifelong believe
in natural healing so I continued seeking out other ways to apply this science.
I then progressed into learning more about Shiatsu healing techniques, and eventually took a course on Reiki healing.
You might say I'm blessed by being married to my beautiful wife Karen who also believes in better health through all natural products and techniques.
