But you have not handled your own internal nonsense and so it holds you back…
It makes you want to hide…
You do not want to talk about it but it is exactly what your people need to hear…
You keep trying to be this professional leader but what people want is a REAL leader…
One who is down in the trenches with them and is winning despite the nonsense…
And you are winning…
You have overcome a whole lot of nonsense but for some reason, you are ashamed of it because you think it makes you look bad but it is that vulnerability that will engender trust in your people if you will dare to share that stuff…
Because it will help your people see that if you can overcome it then they can too…
But now, you try to be like those marketers who sell flash, pizzazz and smoke and mirrors but you cannot do it like them…
Because it is not in your make-up to be anything less than authentic and though you have made yourself give it a good try, you are failing dismally at it, as your numbers show you day by day by day…
And you know what I am saying is right because deep inside, you have been sensing that you are not connecting heart to heart with your people but you are scared to go there…
Scared to face that darkness inside of you on a consistent basis…
You have faced some of it and won but there is more and you are avoiding it…
Telling yourself that you need to focus on all the back end stuff in your business…
Or you bury yourself in your unfulfilling career and tell yourself that you do not have the time to build the ministry, business you feel called to…
Scared to be the leader - champion you are born to be.
Do you not understand that your whole life is the story that people will buy into?
It is as though you made a sacred contract with your higher power before you were born that you would go through these certain things and you would overcome them and then you would help others overcome too…
I know it all sounds a little woo-woo but ultimately, it comes down to this…
Nothing you have been through is wasted…
Unless you waste it…
Every single little hurt, pain, joy, triumph is a part of you because it can support and help someone else…
You know you are called to change lives.
And your story is part of how you get through to them.
Your story makes you flesh and blood, rather than some solid block of impossible attainment.
You are veering too much on the side of impossible attainment at the moment and so people go elsewhere to work with someone who makes them feel like it is possible to overcome their current difficulties.
Come back into the trenches…
Relax, Leader!
Stop trying to appear to be a paragon of perfection…
Be human…
Be real…
Be the powerful, AUTHENTIC champion-leader you are…
And get to changing lives and creating wealth!
Because as you let the walls down, your people will start to feel welcome and they will come in droves…
And you will build the empire you dream of and it will be built by changing the lives of many…
You will not even need to focus so much on it anymore because money will be flowing easily to you as you support and help more people get what they want.
And they will give you permission to do so because you have finally given yourself permission to be you!
