Pills to alleviate this disorder do not cure the primary issue and will not work as a long term way out because as soon as you stop taking any anxiety pill the symptoms return, many times worse than before.

There are many side effects if using anxiety pills including addiction, nausea, nervousness, headaches, sleepiness, sexual dysfunction, dizziness, stomach upset, weight gain, including drowsiness and reduced dexterity that will increase your possibility of having accidents in your home, on your job and while driving.

All antidepressants carry a black box warning conce
ing the risk of suicidal feelings and hostility along with the possibility of increasing depression and other mood disorders, rather than relieving it.

Although prescription drugs can be very useful in some instances, not everyone can or wants to take them. Anxiety pills are habit forming and it is not easy to quit using them. Make sure you speak with your doctor before starting any pharmaceutical medication, especially if addicting.

Lifestyle changes like exercising often, eating a healthy diet and getting plenty of sleep are surefire ways of improving stress and most any chemical imbalance. Also certain therapies for mood like behavioral therapy can help, as can meditation, hypnosis, acupuncture and biofeedback.

Anxiety pills do have a place in some instances just like worry can nudge you to get moving so you can resolve an issue. But there are other products that work just as well if not better. Natural pills to alleviate anxiety can help you break the cycle of worry. They are reasonably priced, have no side effects like prescription drugs and work in conjunction with your body’s chemical imbalance to decrease negative feelings and produce positive feel good chemicals like serotonin and dopamine to get you back on the road to happiness.
