If you want to create different and better results for yourself and your team, at work and/or home, consider going a step further in your self-development and expanding your inner self. If you continue managing your time, finances, people and stress, and additionally, focus your attention and actions on what matters in your life, professionally and personally, you will begin to manifest more of what is on your wish or dream list. This is called “stretching” your current state of being. Why is this important? - Because there are only 24 hours in a day and 365 days in a year: limited time. If you are accustomed to using a time-based model for whatever you do, consider the potential and promise inherent in making that shift, from managing to also giving attention to. If you make that commitment, you will be addressing the most important piece of the Prosperity Puzzle, the fact that… The Laws of Attraction operate on energy and matter. If you focus your attention on being open-minded, vibrant and evolving, for example, then you will increase your chances of achieving your goals. To best grasp this principle, it helps to know that the energy of giving is expansive and invites boundless opportunity -- while that of managing is controlling and promotes limited success within preconceived boundaries. Case in point, if you are an entrepreneur who desires is to attract more clients and money into your life, you will accomplish these outcomes much more easily and quickly if you change your relationship with people and money, respectively, from one of managing to also giving attention to. That is, in order to receive more perfect clients and more money, you first need to give or nurture your relationship with yourself, others and money. A good way to begin is to consistently focus your attention on deepening your internal peace, as opposed to energizing your internal war. So, how do you know if you are attending more to your inner war than your inner peace, or vice-versa? Simply refer to the following table, specifically the Constricting and Expansive columns, respectively, at the following levels of change: Thoughts, Feelings, and Actions. Focus of Attention: (1) Thoughts Constricting: Doubt your ability to attract what you want. Expansive: Believe in yourself. Focus your attention on moving forwards with purpose, perseverance, courage, and faith – which will allow you to attract what you want. (2) Feelings Constricting: (a) Fear poverty; (b) Fear criticism; (c) Fear ill health and focus on symptoms. Expansive: (a) Feel wealthy: like you already have everything you want; (b) Choose to feel good and healthy; (c) Feel great about yourself, despite what others think, do, or say. (3) Actions Constricting: Live in mental, emotional and physical chaos. e.g. Fear of poverty shows up as doubt, indecision, indifference, over-caution, procrastination – and sometimes even as preying upon others economically. Expansive: Spread peace out in the world by: helping your clients’ reduce their everyday stress; using non-violent communication: e.g. goal, intention, objective or purpose - instead of a dead-line or drop dead date. To translate the above theory into practice, dare to challenge your self with the following suggestions: Coach’s Challenge #1: Determine how are you addressing the conflict and unrest that exists inside your psyche? That is, identify what is making you repel (as opposed to draw) your Perfect Clients or Soul Mate, money, or other desires. Is it anger, fear or greed, all of which are low-vibration/negative emotions? We all need time to take it easy and re-“new” ourselves. Give yourself the luxury of “down time” or “quality attention” to do this. Come next month, you will be able to use your newly-formed inner skills to help you attract a more prosperous future. Coach’s Challenge #2: What "me-attention" and "we-attention" - i.e. downtime - are you willing to set aside and enjoy?

I’ll share with you that when I first started in business the image of a leader that I brought with me was an authority figure who has the power to hurt those that are following them. This was because I was so used to being around authority figures who were coming from a place of leading through fear (I came out of the very toxic public school system). I knew I didn’t want that in my business.

Many of my clients share that one of their biggest marketing challenges is actually connecting with enough prospects. They are doing all of this great work in their businesses, but not very many people know about their work; or at least not enough for the flow of business to be moving smoothly and easily. Stop. Start. Stop. Start. Sound familiar? There isn't one perfect way to consistently connect with prospects, but there are many ways that, when used collaboratively, will build you a nice stream of people who are interested in what you do.
