It's no surprise that Rihanna has had a great year. She's been named the most popular musician on Facebook in 2011. The singer has almost 50,000,000 fans on her Facebook page. That's more than two million more fans tha Lady Gaga and about 10 million more tha Justin Bieber! Additionally, her song “We Found Love,” featuring Calvin Harris, was the most listened to song and MTV ranked the song number 3, beating out the likes of Katy Perry, LMFAO, and Adele! Rihanna's Diet Regimen: During a Glamour magazine photo shoot, the singer said she doesn't want to lose her curves. She also shared her new diet regimen. “I have egg whites and pineapple for breakfast with hot water and lemon,” she said. For lunch? “I have fish and potatoes. I hate vegetables, but I make myself eat them. For dinner I have fish again.” Why the aversion to veggies? Growing up, vegetables wasn't something she grew up eating and simply never acquired the taste for them. Rihanna's Hollywood Body Workout: The much-loved songstress has said her workouts are all about toning and the results are the feminine physique we all love and most women aspire to have. One thing the star avoids is looking manly from an overly ripped physique. To help her achieve her toned Hollywood Body, Rihanna meets with a personal trainer, much like Beverly Hills personal trainer Max “The Body” Philisaire. Anyone who has ever see Rihanna perform knows the amount of energy she pours in to her dance routines. She works out two or three times a week and a lot of focus is put on her legs and, of course she does work on her butt, “... because I love my butt. But my legs are my main focus. I'm obsessed,” Rihanna has said. Prior to hitting the stage when she's touring, the Barbados beauty does crunches. She holds a four pound medicine ball above her head and can feel her torso stretching.
