Step 1 – Customer Service: is key to a successful beauty salon. If a client is pleased with the overall experience and service, they will be more inclined to return which in-turn generates more profit. Highly trained, professional and friendly staff are necessary along with continued education, support and incentives at your discretion. Step 2 –Safety, Cleanliness and Comfort: A safe and clean environment is fundamental.
